How To make Pimentos Grilled Chicken with Raspberry Butter Sauce
4 Boneless, skinless chicken
Breasts (approx 1 1/2 lbs) 5 tb Unsalted butter
1/2 sm Shallot, chopped
2 tb Pesto
1/4 ts Tarragon
3 tb Raspberry wine vinegar
2 ts Raspberry jam
1 tb Red wine
Salt and pepper 1/4 c Fresh raspberries
(optional) Cook the chicken on a grill or under a very hot broiler in the oven for about 3 to 5 minutes on each side, depending on their thickness and the intensity of the heat. (The chicken can also be sauteed in a frying pan.) Set aside. In a large frying pan over moderately low heat, melt butter and saute shallot until translucent, but not browned. Add pesto, tarragon, vinegar, jam and wine, season with salt and pepper, and stir to combine well. Add the chicken and raspberries and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes, turning the chicken occasionally, to heat through and blend the flavors. Serve accompanied by pasta.

This recipe was inspired by Lynn of lynnsrecipes. I tweaked it a bit by using grilled chicken and adding bacon. I also baked it on the grill.This is the first video I've had professionally transcribed so you can watch closed captions in any language and it should be pretty accurate.
Ingredients:
8 oz penne pasta
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Tango Spice Company's Southwest Sunset seasoning
1 c minced onion
3 tbsp butter
4 oz cream cheese
10 can of Rotel, tomatoes and chiles
2 c shredded Mexican blend cheese
16 oz milk
salt to taste

Spareribs smoked on the Primo over hickory then finished with a homemade apple butter sauce!
Sauce Recipe:
1 1/2 cup apple butter
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup apple juice
1 tbs yellow mustard
1 tbs apple cider vinegar
1 tbs pickling spice
1 tbs onion flakes
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp dehydrated garlic
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Chili stuffed spaghetti squash:
Spaghetti squash
Olive oil
Chili powder
Cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Bake at 400 for 25 minutes
Chili beans
Onion
Bell pepper
1/2 can of rotel
1/2 cup quinoa
Ground beef
Spinach
6oz water
Cumin, salt and pepper, chili powder.
Simmer on low for 1 hour
Smoothie and sandwich night :)
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen peaches
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
5 oz of OJ
2 tbl hemp seeds
2 tbl oats
2 handfuls of kale and spinach
Blend and enjoy!
Everything Bagel
Guacamole spread
Tofurkey slices
Tomato
Spinach
Salt and pepper to taste
Pimento grilled cheese:
8oz shredded shard cheddar
2tbl mayo
2tbl sour cream
1 jar pimentos
1/4 cup green onion
2tsp green tabasco
Salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder
Mix and make as a grilled cheese, serve with a veggie and enjoy!
Buffalo mac and cheese:
1 box of pasta
1 cup milk of choice
1 cup shredded cheese
1/2 lb of cheese slices
Nutmeg, salt, pepper
1/2 cup buffalo sauce
1 stick butter
Layer and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes uncovered
Stir and enjoy!

1 whole chicken, skin on, cleaned, pat dried (About 3 pounds)
How to spatchcock the chicken ⬇️
2 tsps ginger powder
2 tsps garlic powder
2 tsps onion powder
Chicken seasoning to taste
Salt and black pepper to taste
2 tbsps Green seasoning
2 - 3 tbsps olive oil
3 tsps Fancy molasses
One 340g bag fresh cranberries
1 1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup strawberry jam
2 1/2 - 3 cups water or cran juice
2 tsps Balsamic vinegar (optional)
1 tsp orange zest
1 1/2 tsp finely grated ginger
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Pinch or 2 or ground cloves
1/4 tsp salt
