Peanuts: 2 cups (roasted and de-skinned)
A pinch of salt

Note:
To sweeten, you can add 1-2 tbsp jaggery or dates while grinding. Though I prefer it to be all natural without added sweetener. Pls avoid adding refined sugar.
This peanut butter stays upto two months in the fridge or maybe even longer if stored in an airtight glass container.
It stays good at room temp for up to 2 weeks if stored in an airtight glass container, I recommend you to keep in the fridge to prevent any mould formation if you are living in a humid climate.

Home Made Peanut Butter, No Electricity
In this video, I show you how I make peanut butter in my kitchen using only a pestle and mortar. It is easy and takes less than 20 minutes to make. You do not need to have electricity to make this.
Enjoy nutritious peanut butter made without using any appliance run with electricity. You can do it while off-grid.
Below are the things you will need.
1. Frying pan.
2. Pestle and mortar.
3. An empty jar for the peanut butter.
4. Spoon.
5. Small knife.
Ingredients
1. Peanuts
2. A little vegetable oil of your choice e.g sunflower oil
3. Salt for taste (optional)
Method
Roast the peanuts until cooked.
Pound in pestle and mortar until the required consistency
Place in a jar and add a few drops of vegetable cooking oil until the butter reaches your desired consistency. Mixing thoroughly using a spoon or small knife.
Finally, enjoy.
