How To make Citrus Buttered Lobster Tails
16 oz (2) Frozen Lobster Tails
1/2 c Water
1/4 c Butter Or Margaine
1 T Lemon Juice
1/2 t Finely Shredded Orange Peel
1/8 t Salt
Dash Ground Ginger Dash Paprika Place frozen lobster tails in a shallow baking dish. Micro-cook, covered, on 30% power for 7 to 8 minutes or till thawed, rotating dish a quarter-turn once. The tails are thawed when the shells are flexible enough to bend. Using a heavy knife, cut through the center of the top shells. Continue cutting through meat but not through undersehells. Spread the tails open, butterfly style, so meat is on top. Return to shallow baking dish. Pour water atop. Micro-cook, covered, on 50% power for 6 to 8 minutes or just till meat is opaque, rotating dish a quarter-turn every minute. (Shield cooked meat with small pieces of foil, if necessary, to prevent overcooking.) Let stand, covered, for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, combine butter or margarine, lemon juice, orange peel, salt, ginger and paprika. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or till butter is melted. Mix well. Drizzle lobster tails with butter mixture.

Ingredients
- 6 lobster tails
- 5 tablespoons salted butter
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 table spoon lemon pepper
- 1 table spoon sugar
- 200ml blended coconut water (blend 200ml coconut water with a 1/4 cup of garlic cloves)
- Optional 1/8 teaspoon msg
Optional garnish: chopped parsley
1. Prepare/clean your lobster
2. Add butter to a small pot or pan on medium low heat. Melt the butter then add minced garlic. Fry on low until fragrant
3. Add the lemon pepper and sugar continue to fry for another minute
4. Next add the blended garlic coconut water. Simmer and reduce by a quarter.
5. Taste to adjust the seasoning
6. Brush the sauce on the lobster then bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cook time will vary feeling on the size of your lobster
7. When it’s done remove, brush with Elmore sauce and garnish with parsley

Cajun Spiced Honey Garlic Lobster
Serves 4
Ingredients
lobster tails
Cut into quarters
8 tablespoon salted butter
(Devided)
2 tablespoon minced garlic
2 teaspoon cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
6 tablespoon honey
4 tablespoon lemon juice
Kosher salt and black to taste
Optional garnish: green onion and lemon wedges
Direction:
1. Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheight
2. Melt 3 tablespoons of butter and drizzle it over your lobster. Season with kosher salt and black pepper to taste
3. Bake the lobster for 14-15 minutes or until they’re cooked through
4. While the lobsters are baking, melt 5 tablespoon of butter and fry the minced garlic in a nonstick pan on medium low heat.
5.Add the cajun seasoning, lemon pepper, and paprika, give it a mix to toast a spices.
6. Finish with lemon juice and honey.
7. When the lobsters are done. Drizzle the sauce over your lobsters and garnish with lemon wedges and green onion.
