sugar - 10 g (0.35 oz)
Tray size 35 X 40 cm (14 in x 16 in)
IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/20 minutes
for the cream:
milk - 500 ml (16.9 fl oz)
Boil for 3 min
yolk - 3 pieces
sugar - 50 g (1.76 oz)
starch - 50 g (1.76 oz)
butter - 50 g (1.76 oz)
IN THE FRIDGE 30 min
whipping cream - 150 ml (5.07 fl oz)
blueberry jam - 200 g (7 oz)
for drink:
strawberries - 3 pieces
ice - 40 g (1.4 oz)
Schweppes - 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)
milk - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)

Peach Pie Pinwheel Cookies | Lazarus Lynch
Lazarus Lynch turns the popular Southern peach cobbler into delicate bite-sized pinwheel cookies.

INGREDIENTS
1 stick (½ cup) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 ½ ounces plain cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
pinch kosher salt
2 tablespoons peach preserves
½ teaspoon cinnamon
RECIPE
In a standing mixer, beat together the butter, cream cheese, and sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla and mix until light and fluffy. Stir in the flour and salt. Cover the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. On a floured surface, roll the dough into a 12”x8” rectangle. Cut the dough into 24 squares (2-inch), 6 rows by 4 rows. Transfer the squares to the baking sheet, giving 1-inch apart. Spread ¼ teaspoon peach preserves into the center of the square. On each square, cut from each corner ¼ -inch from the center. Fold over every other point to the center to form a pinwheel. Sprinkle each with cinnamon.
Bake until golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Cook on a wire rack.
Bake with soul. Eat with pleasure!

Peach Crumble Muffins Recipe
These Peach Crumble Muffins are simply amazing. Soft and moist inside, full of peach pieces, with crispy crumble on top, are by far one of the best treats you can get alongside your morning coffee.

Ingredients
Makes about 12-14 muffins
1 pound (450g), about 3 peaches, peeled and diced
Crumb Topping
1/2 cup (100g) packed brown sugar
2/3 cup (85g) all purpose flour
1/4 cup (60g) butter, melted
1 teaspoons (3g) cinnamon
Muffin Batter
1 stick (110g) butter, room temperature
2/3 cup (135g) sugar
1 tsp (4g) baking powder
1 tsp (6g) baking soda
2 eggs
1/4 tsp (2g) salt
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
½ tsp (1g) cinnamon
1 3/4 cups (220g) all-purpose flour
1/3 cup (80g) sour cream
1/4 cup (60ml) milk
1. Preheat the oven to 350F (180C) and line a muffin pan with paper liners.
2. Prepare the crumble topping: In a bowl, combine sugar with flour and cinnamon. Add melted butter and stir with a fork to combine. Set aside.
3. In a medium bowl mix flour with salt, cinnamon, baking powder and baking soda.
4. In a mixing bowl cream butter and sugar until creamy, light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, vanilla extract, sour cream, milk and mix to combine. Add flour mixture and mix until well incorporated.
5. Incorporate peaches with a rubber spatula.
6. Spoon batter evenly among liners, up to the top. Add a tablespoon of crumble on top of each muffin.
7. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
