Refreshing chilled smoothie with the combination of fresh blueberries and yogurt.
BLUEBERRY YOGURT SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
For one portion
½ cup blueberries
¼ cup thick yogurt
1½ tablespoons honey
1 cup milk
2-3 tablespoons finely chopped mixed nuts (pistachios and almonds)
1 teaspoon basil seeds (sabza), soaked
Method
1. Blend together yogurt, blueberries, honey, milk and mixed nuts into a smooth mixture.
2. Put basil seeds in a tall serving glass, pour the smoothie and serve.

INGREDIENTS:
1 banana
250g coconut milk
200g frozen berries
100g raisins
50g honey
Whipped cream
Sugar sprinkles
METHOD:
Cut the banana into chunks. In a blender, combine the frozen berries, banana, raisins, honey, and coconut milk. Blend until smooth. Garnish with whipped cream and sugar sprinkles.
