Gordon Ramsay's Bacon & Leek Quiche Recipe | Montvale Bakes
Slightly adapted from Gordon Ramsay’s Pancetta and Leek recipe.
This is truly so easy and delicious.
• 200g dry cured bacon or pancetta lardons
• Olive oil, for frying
• 2 leeks, trimmed and finely chopped
• 4 eggs
• 4 tbsp double cream
• 120g Gruyère cheese, finely grated
• 2 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
• Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Ingredients for Shortcrust pastry:
• 400g plain flour, plus extra for dusting
• Pinch of salt
• 280g butter, cold and cubed

Slimming World Syn-free bacon & mushroom crustless quiche recipe - FREE
Low calorie cooking spray
220g bacon, visible fat removed cut into 1cm pieces
110g mushrooms, sliced
2 garlic cloves
3 large eggs
150g fat free natural cottage cheese
3–4 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
80g reduced fat cheddar
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Remove all visible fat from the bacon and fry for a few minutes. Add the mushrooms garlic, season well and continue to cook for 4-5 minutes then set aside
Preheat the oven to 190°C/170°C Fan/Gas 5.
Spoon the bacon mixture into a flan dish.
Mix the eggs, cottage cheese, parsley and cheddar cheese in a bowl and spoon over the bacon mixture.
Top with the tomato halves and bake at 190°C/170°C Fan/Gas 5 for 15-20 minutes until just set.
Serve hot or cold with baby potatoes and a large salad. Vegetarians, swap bacon for Quorn ham pieces for extra flavour.

Vegetable Quiche Recipe, it's so fast and easy to make. You can serve with some salad ???? on the side, and make an healthy and delicious dinner or some breakfast with you family.

Vegetable quiche
20X30cm (8/12 inch) size pan or 22cm (8.5) diameter pan.
Ingredients:
2 carrots
1 potato
A glass of broccoli
1 onion
2 green onions
4 eggs (L size)
2 tablespoons olive oil
120g (1/2 cup) sour cream
50g (2/3 cup) mozzarella cheese
Salt and black pepper (about 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper)
140g (1 cup) all purpose flour
10g (2 teaspoons) baking powder
preparation method:
1. Rinse the vegetables well and cut into small cubes.
2. In a large bowl, place eggs, olive oil, cheese, salt and pepper and mix well.
3. Add flour and baking powder and mix until all the flour is assimilated into the mixture.
4. Add all the vegetables and mix gently.
5. Transfer to a pan, and bake in a pre-heated oven at 355f (180c) degrees for 40-50 minutes. The pie is ready when golden and stable.
6. Allow the quiche to cool completely, and only then cut.
Note:
You can replace the vegetables with other vegetables that you like or prefer.
