How To make Pasta Pomodoro (Tomato Pasta)
1 c Butter or margarine
1 Onion; minced
6 Garlic cloves
4 cn Italian-style tomatoes
-(28-oz size cans) 3 Beef bouillon cubes
2 ts Salt
5 sm Dried red hot chiles
- (optional) 1 c Chopped bacon (optional)
2 tb Olive oil
2 lb Macaroni
1 1/2 c Grated
Parmesan cheese Melt butter and add onion and whole garlic cloves. Saute until onion is golden. Add tomatoes with liquid and simmer over low heat 1 1/2 hours, or until sauce is thick. Add bouillon cubes, season to taste with salt and heat until cubes dissolve. Add chiles and/or bacon, if using, and simmer 30 minutes longer. When ready to serve, remove garlic cloves and chiles. Stir in oil. Meanwhile, cook macaroni until tender but firm and drain. Pour tomato sauce over macaroni and add cheese. Toss with fork and spoon until sauce and cheese are well distributed.

OLD SCHOOL PENNE PASTA POMODORO(CREAMY TOMATO SAUCE ) MONTH OF AUGUST MEALS IN 30 MINUTES SEGMENT)
This is another quick recipe idea
Very simple and easy
RECIPE:
1 large jar marinara sauce
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1# breakfast/Italian sausage
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
1# penne pasta(or pasta of your choice)(cooked)
in large pot cook sausage until completely cooked then add marinara and cream
simmer for 10 minutes on low temp(sauce will slightly thicken)
add pasta to sauce and add cheese and parsley
season to taste and enjoy

Angel Hair Al Pomodoro sauce is made from scratch and consists of only the freshest of ingredients, such as tomato, EVOO, grated parmesan, fresh basil onion and garlic. I like to use fresh ripe Roma tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) for this dish. The EVOO gives the tomato sauce a distinctive flavor and is what makes this dish a heart-healthy alternative. All these fresh ingredients coming together makes a fantastic light and flavorful tomato sauce. What I also like about this dish is that it only takes a few ingredients and about 15 minutes from start to finish. It’s quick and will satisfy your craving for pasta.
This recipe was one of my father’s (Angelo) favorites. He was born in Naples, Italy and came here to America when he was 24 years old and opened his first Italian restaurant in Brooklyn, NY.

8-10 Lg. Roma tomatoes
¼ cup of EVOO
2 tbsp. of diced yellow onion
1 tbsp. of chopped garlic
4-5 fresh whole basil leaves
2 tbsp. of grated Parmesan
¼ teaspoon of crushed red pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of black pepper
2 tbsp of butter

Ingredients:
400g peeled plum tomatoes
200g picadilly tomatoes
100g spaghetti pasta
4 garlic cloves
basil leaves
pinch of salt
oilve oil
Directions:
Cut piccadilly tomato in half. Pour the olive oil on pan and add unpeeled 4 garlic cloves. Add piccadilly tomatoes and let it cook for 4 minutes. After that add peeled plum tomatoes and break them up into smaller pieces by spatula. Add few basil leaves and take out the garlic from the pan. Meanwhile put the pasta in to boiling water and cook for 3 minutes. Before you transfer pasta to tomatoes, add pinch of salt. Cook it for another 8 minutes, add some pasta water At the end shred by hand few basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil. Mix it and put on the plate.
