2 teaspoons Oregano 1 can tomatoes -- plum 3 cloves garlic 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 teaspoon honey Saute garlic in a skillet with olive oil until they are brown at medium heat. Reduce heat and add tomatoes, oregano and bay leaves. Let it simmer until sauc e is thick. Serve on top of pasta. Add honey to reduce acidity.

يحتوي هذا الطبق على 537 سعرة حرارية للشخص الواحد ويتكون من زيت الزيتون الغني بمضادات الأكسدة التي تساعد على مكافحة الأمراض، ومضادات الإلتهاب.
بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يحتوي هذا الطبق على صلصة الطماطم التي تمد الجسم بالفيتامينات والمعادن . وتعتبر الباستا وجبة من نمط الأكل المتوسطي تزود الجسم بالطاقة اللازمة لقيامه بمختلف النشاطات اليومية .
طريقة التحضير: تسلق الباستا في مياه غالية لمدة 8 دقائق ثم ترفع عن النار وتصفى وتوضع جانبا
كيفية تحضير صلصة النابوليتانا: - يقشر البصل ويقطع ناعماً ويهرس الثوم وتقطع البندورة المقشرة الى مكعبات صغيرة وتفرم اوراق الحبق والبقدونس ثم يوضع كل صنف على حدى. - يوضع القدر على النار مع زيت الزيتون حتى يحمى ونضيف البصل ثم الثوم ثم ورقة الغار فالبندورة المقطعة ورب البندورة وقليل من الماء البارد. - اذا لزم الأمر يمكن إضافة الملح والبهار والحر الناعم وتركه على نار هادئة حتى تنضج كل المكونات. - نضيف الباستا المسلوقة الى الخليط مع التحريك لمدة دقيقتين تقريباً قبل رفعها عن النار.
