This honey-sriracha turkey meatballs recipe is the perfect appetizer, glazed with spicy sriracha and honey. Great for game day or the star of the meal, these are a sweet and spicy party pleaser!

THINGS YOU’LL NEED:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 celery stalk chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 jalapeno pepper chopped
3 cloves garlic chopped
1 tablespoon Cajun seasonings
2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
1 tablespoon spicy chili flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 egg beaten
1 pound ground turkey (you can use beef, chicken, or pork as well)
1 cup panko or more as needed
Fresh chopped herbs and spicy chili flakes for garnish
FOR THE HONEY-SRIRACHA GLAZE
1 cup sriracha
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs ground beef ( I used 85 / 15 meat to fat ratio)
1/2 small onion (fine diced)
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tsp season all salt (or plain salt)
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup ketchup
1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
1/2 cup plain bread crumbs
1 large egg
12 oz to 14 oz low moisture mozzarella cheese (cubed small)

Bake in a preheated oven @ 400ºF / 204ºC for 20 minutes

Here’s your recipe!
3/4 Lb Ground Beef
2 TBS Quick Oats
1 Egg
1 TSP Salt, DIVIDED
1/2 TSP Ginger
2 TBS Milk
1/2 TSP Garlic Powder
3 oz Can Whole Mushrooms
1 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 TSP Pepper
2 TSP Horseradish
Set oven to 375. Mix ground beef, oats, egg, 1/2 TSP salt, ginger, milk and garlic powder just until combined. Form meat around a mushroom to create a meatball. Use just enough to cover. Bake on greased baking sheet for 12 minutes. Make sauce while keeping meatballs warm.
In cold small saucepan combine sour cream, salt, pepper and horseradish. Heat on low just until warm. Serve warm meatballs with dipping sauce on the side.

1/4 tsp dry pepper flakes
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp cumin
salt to taste
4 oz grape jelly
1 cup sweet baby ray's bbq sauce
1 cup Kraft sweet honey bbq sauce
1/4 cup ketchup
1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
4 tbsp water
