This Orange Raspberry Coffee Cake, a moist and delicious cake filled with citrus and fruit and topped with a buttery crumble. Perfect for morning (and noon and night!) this coffee cake is a must‑have.
Ingredients:
Crumble Topping
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter, cubed
Coffee Cake
1/2 cup Tropicana Pure Premium® Orange Juice
2 cups flour
2 tsp orange zest
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup butter, room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
How to make it
1. Preheat oven to 350ºF. Coat an 8‑inch square baking pan with non‑stick cooking spray. Line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper for easier removal.
2. For the crumble topping, in a medium bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in butter using your fingers until coarse crumbs. Set aside.
3. Using an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add vanilla, mixing well until incorporated. In a medium bowl, combine flour, orange zest, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In a small bowl, whisk sour cream and orange juice. On low speed, alternate adding flour mixture and sour cream mixture, beginning and ending with flour mixture. Mix just until flour disappears. Spread half the batter into prepared baking pan. Place raspberries evenly over top and cover with remaining batter. Sprinkle crumble mixture over top. Bake 45‑50 minutes, until springy to the touch.

This APPLE SPICE COFFEE CAKE is a perfectly delicious Fall dessert!! Loaded with favorite Fall flavors!! Start baking!! Recipe below...

APPLE SPICE COFFEE CAKE
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly grease and flour a 13 by 9 baking dish. Set aside
1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons (10 tablespoons) butter, softened
1-1/2 cups light brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs, room temperature
2 cups Bread Flour or substitute with All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons ground apple pie spice
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 cups Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored, and chopped
CRUMBLE TOPPING
1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup Bread Flour or substitute with All-Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) butter, softened
1/2 cup walnuts or substitute with pecans, chopped
1. In a large mixing bowl; beat together butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 3-4 minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating for an additional 30 seconds. Add vanilla and beat for an additional 1 minute.
2. In a medium bowl add flour, baking soda, baking powder, apple pie spice, and salt. Whisk well. Add 1/3 to butter mixture alternating with 1/3 of sour cream. Beat 1 minute after each addition or until all the flour and sour cream is blended well into wet ingredients.
3. Stir in chopped apples until pieces are well coated with the cake batter.
4. Evenly add cake batter into prepared baking dish. Set aside.
5. For the Crumble Topping...In a medium bowl add flour, sugar, apple pie spice, walnuts (if using) and butter. Using a fork or hands mix well together. Sprinkle evenly over the top of cake.
6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in middle come out clean.
7. Cool Cake on cooling rack for 1 hour before serving.
8. Serve with ice-cream, whip cream, drizzle with Caramel, or what ever else you like.
TIPS: Store in an airtight container on countertop for 1 day or freeze airtight wrapped individual serving squares up to 3 months. Thaw in refrigerator overnight. Microwave for 5 seconds, at a time, until you get the desired warmth, optional.

The easiest apple walnut cake recipe is a soft and delicious cake
Make homemade apple cake and everyone will love it.
Ingredients:
1 and 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
3/4 cup sugar
2 apples
1/2 cup toasted walnuts
2 large or 3 small eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup natural yogurt
zest of half a lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
DIRECTIONS
Mix together flour,baking powder.sugar,apples and nuts in large bowl and set aside
Mix together eggs,yogurt,flavor oil and zest well and pour into dry mixture
Mix until fully incorporated
Pour into grease spring pan or 9 in cake pan
Bake for 35 - 40 minutes at 355 ° F
Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy
