2 lb Caribou ribs 1 tb Vegetable oil Salt & Pepper 2 tb Brown sugar 16 oz Tomato sauce 2 tb Vinegar 2 ts Prepared mustard 1 ts Louisiana Hot Sauce Place ribs in a large oven proof dish. Brush lightly with cooking oil; sprinkle with salt & pepper. Bake at 325-350 degrees until fairly well done, turning once. Combine the remaining ingredients with the tomato sauce; pour over ribs. Bake until done, basting occasionally with sauce.

How to Cook Great Ribs in the Oven
On this episode of Bachelor on a Budget I show you how to cook ribs in the oven. This Oven Baked Ribs recipe is amazingly tasty and the best I've made. They're slow cooked to perfection and taste as if they've been smoked or slow cooked on the BBQ. Subscribe for healthy recipes, tips and more:
You can see in the end that very little bone is sticking out which means little protein loss, and more flavourful ribs.
Recipe: Two Large Racks of Ribs 1/2 Cup of Brown Sugar 1 Teaspoon of Salt 1 Teaspoon of Pepper 1 Tablespoon Paprika 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder A few drops of liquid smoke (Less is More) 2 Cups of BBQ Sauce
Preheat the oven to 300 Degrees.
Start by removing the the excess fat by cutting it off and removing the membrane. To do this, take the blunt end of a knife and get under the membrane at one side. Once you got a bit of loose membrane, use a paper towel to peel it off.
Make the Rub by mixing all spices in a bowl with liquid smoke. Rubs those ribs down, and get into all those crevices.
Wrap the ribs in tin foil on the bottom and top, and throw in the oven for 2 hrs and 15 minutes.
Take the ribs out and apply your favourite bbq sauce to both sides of the ribs. I added honey to my BBQ sauce. Put back in oven and Broil for 10-15 minutes watching that it doesn't burn. Make a huge salad to go with. Enjoy.
