How To make Orange Butter Cake
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup light brown sugar
firmly packed
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup butter :
softened
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
1 cup fresh orange juice
3 large eggs lightly beaten
Tropical Cheese Spread :
optional
* Combine first 12 ingredients in a large mixing bowl; beat at low speed with an electric mixer until blended. Beat at high speed 3 minutes. Pour batter in to two greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pans.
* Bake at 350F for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire racks 10 minutes; remove from pans, and let co ol completely on wire racks. Frost with Tropical Cheese Spread, if desired.
Tropical Cheese Spread
1 cup chopped dried mixed fruit 3/4 cup water 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or other orange-flavored liqueur 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup orange marmalade
* Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil over medium heat. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 8 minutes or until fruit is soft. Drain well.
* Beat cream cheese at medium speed with electric mixer until creamy; add marm alade, and beat until blended. Fold in fruit.

Orange Pound Cake | Tea Cake
Orange Pound Cake – This is the cake I knew when I started learning how to bake. This recipe has been following me for years. It was passed down from my aunt to my father and myself. I usually baked in a larger pan, a loaf pan is usually not enough. I love how beautiful this cake turned out in a loaf pan. The smell of the cake and the orange fragrant filled my entire house. This cake is good for layered cake, wedding cake, birthday cake, and many occasions you can think of. I hope you’re inspired to make this cake. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Pan size: 17.5 x 7.5 x 7.5cm
115g [1 cup] unsalted butter, softened
80g [¼ cup + 2 tbsp] fine sugar
2 large eggs***
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
120g [1 cup] cake flour
½ tsp baking powder
20g [1½ tbsp] orange juice
1 orange zest
***EGG SUBSTITUTE:
• 120g [½ cup] plain yogurt
• Add another ½ tsp baking powder to the dry ingredients and sift together.
Ingredients:
1. Preheat oven at 165°C/330°F.
2. Grate the orange skin for the zest. You can go for more zest, but I like to keep it minimal, it can be a little bitter.
3. In a large bowl, add softened butter and sugar. Mix on high speed until creamy, fluffy and pale. Scrape the bowl occasionally for even mixing.
4. Add in the eggs, one at a time. Mix until well combined.
[EGG SUBSTITUTE: add in the yogurt instead, and another ½ tsp baking powder to the dry ingredients and sift together]
5. Add in vanilla extract and salt, mix until well combined.
6. Sift in the dry ingredients: cake flour, baking powder. Fold in until combined.
7. Add in the orange juice and zest. Fold in to combine. To ensure mixing, switch to the electric mixer and mix just for a few seconds.
8. Transfer the batter into a prepared 17.5x7.5x7.5cm pan.
9. Bake at preheated oven at 165°C/330°F for 35-40 minutes or until the skewer comes out clean.
10. Let the cake cool before slicing.

오렌지주스 200g
오렌지 제스트 1큰술 (큰 오렌지 1개 분량)
중력분 250g
베이킹파우더 1큰술
- 오렌지시럽
오렌지주스 약 120g
(큰 오렌지 1개 분량의 주스에서 2큰술을 덜어낸 무게입니다 / 덜어낸 2큰술은 글레이즈용입니다)
설탕 2큰술 (30g)
- 글레이즈
슈가파우더 60g
오렌지주스 2큰술 (30g)
???? 시판 오렌지주스 200g , 생 오렌지주스 150g(큰 오렌지 1개) - 총 350g의 오렌지주스를 사용했어요.
(본반죽에 들어가는 오렌지주스는 시판용 / 오렌지시럽과 글레이즈에 사용한 오렌지주스는 생 오렌지 1개 분량입니다)
오렌지 제스트는 오렌지 1개분량이면 충분합니다.
준비해주세요 ✓
* 오븐을 170도로 예열해주세요.
* 오렌지 1개의 오렌지주스와 오렌지제스트를 만들어주세요.
* 파운드틀에 버터를 발라준후 유산지를 둘러주세요. 케이크를 분리할때 훨씬 수월합니다.
1. 깨끗한 볼에 달걀을 넣어 부드럽게 풀어주세요. 설탕, 식용유를 넣어 모두 잘 혼합해줍니다.(1-2분정도)
2. 오렌지주스와 오렌지 제스트를 반죽에 넣어 섞어주세요. 중력분과 베이킹파우더도 넣어 모든 재료를 잘 혼합해줍니다.
3. 준비해둔 팬에 반죽을 부어주세요. 170도로 예열된 오븐에 40분 구워줍니다. (반죽가운데에 이쑤시개를 찔러 넣어봤을때 묻어나오는 반죽이 없으면 꺼내줍니다.)
4. 반죽을 더욱 촉촉하게 만들어줄 오렌지시럽과 글레이즈를 만들어줄게요. 큰 오렌지 1개 분량의 주스를 준비해주세요. 거기에서 2큰술을 덜어낸 뒤 덜어낸 주스를 슈가파우더에 넣어 잘 섞어주면 글레이즈 완성입니다.
나머지 주스에(120g) 설탕 2큰술을 넣어 전자렌지에 30초-1분 돌려줍니다. 설탕이 잘 녹도록 섞어주면 오렌지시럽 완성입니다.
5. 구워준 오렌지 파운드케이크에 오렌지 시럽을 고르게 부어주세요. 1-2시간 상온에서 완전히 스며들도록 식혀준 다음 팬에서 꺼내줍니다. 글레이즈를 올려 마무리해줍니다.
- 보관방법
밀폐용기에 담아 상온에서 3-4일, 냉장고에서 일주일 보관가능합니다.

Here's what you'll need:
1 and 1/2 cup sugar (300g)
2 tablespoons orange zest
3/4 cup softened butter (170g) unsalted
3 tbsps clear oil (45ml)
3 large eggs
1/4 cup fresh orange juice (60ml)
1 tsp vanilla extract (5ml)
2 and 1/4 cup all purpose flour (280g)
1 tbsp baking powder (10g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1/2 cup whole milk (125ml)
ORANGE GLAZE:
1/2 cup icing or powdered sugar (75g)
3 tbsps orange juice
-Please note: All ingredients must be in room temperature :)

How to make a super easy and quick orange cake. Simply put everything away and mix it up, this recipe is that simple. A very quick recipe that can be prepared in no time.
This orange cake is very moist and tender. This is my all time favorite recipe. Please your family and friends with this delicious orange cake and let me know in a comment how you liked it.
Recipe:
1/2 cup + 2 tbsp (120 g) of sugar
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Beat everything together for 3-5 minutes
Add 7 tbsp (100 g) butter
Peel 1 orange and add to the mixture
Juice 1 orange and add to the mixture
Mix everything together
1¼ cups (200 g) of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl and add to the mixture.
Mix everything together. Don't overmix.
Pour the batter into a 9 x 5 inches (23 x 13 cm) loaf pan
Bake in the preheated oven at 340 F (170 ° C) for 45 minutes
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before slicing.
