Artichoke & Spinach Dip (this recipe is not in our cookbooks)
1 CUP SOUR CREAM
4 OZ. CREAM CHEESE
2 TSP. RANCH DRESSING MIX OR ONION POWDER
1/4 CUP OLIVE OIL
2 CLOVES GARLIC, (PRESSED)
14 OZ. MARINATED ARTICHOKE HEARTS - DRAINED & CHOPPED
1/2 CUP SPINACH (FRESH OR FROZEN)- COOKED, DRAINED & CHOPPED
8 OZ. PEPPER JACK CHEESE, GRATED
8 OZ. PARMESAN, GRATED
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Add sour cream, cream cheese, ranch dressing mix and olive oil to a mixing bowl. With an electric mixer blend until smooth. Add one clove of garlic (pressed) and mix well. Fold in artichoke hearts, spinach, pepper jack cheese and half of parmesan and mix well.
Place in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese and 1 garlic clove pressed to top.
Bake in preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Serve warm with crackers or bread.
Note: 16 oz of fresh spinach should be enough cooked and drained for this recipe.

How to Make Cheesy Spinach Chicken Breast | You’ll love this recipe
Cheesy, creamy, and juicy Spinach Chicken Breast is perfectly cooked in oven that will melt in your mouth. This Chicken Recipe is super delicious that everyone will enjoy every bite of this yummy Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast.
Instructions:
► 120 grams of cream cheese
► 1 ½ tablespoon of mayonnaise
► Grate 2 garlic cloves
► ½ teaspoon of salt
► Mash them
► Chop up 120 grams of spinach
► Transfer the spinach to the bowl
► 65 grams / ¾ cup of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese
► Mix them
► 800 grams / 4 large chicken breasts
► Make a cut in the chicken breasts
► Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt
► 1 teaspoon of black pepper
► 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
► 1 teaspoon of granulated onion
► Similarly, sprinkle salt, pepper, … on the other side
► Transfer the paste on top of chicken breasts
► Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil to a pan (or any of your favorite veggie oils)
► Sauté the chicken breasts over medium heat for 7 minutes
► Coat a bakeware with 1 tablespoon of olive oil
► Bake them in a preheated oven at 220°C / 425°F for 20 minutes
