How To make Omelet Cu Brinza Si Ciapa Verde(Omelet w/Che
6 oz Feta -- Preferably Bulgarian
1/2 c Scallions (Green Onions)
-Finely Chopped 1 1/2 ts Sweet Hungarian Paprika
-Plus More For Garnish 6 lg Eggs
1/3 c Milk
Salt And Freshly Ground -Black Pepper 2 tb Unsalted (Sweet) Butter
2 tb Fresh Dill -- For Garnish
If the feta is too salty, soak in cold water for 30 minutes. Drain well and crumble into fine pieces. Combine, in a bowl, with the scallions and paprika, then set aside. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper, together, until frothy. Melt the butter in a 10-inch omelet pan over medium heat. When the butter bubbles rapidly, add half of the egg mixture and stir until it just begins to set. Continue cooking until the eggs are almost completely cooked, running a thin spatula around the edges to prevent sticking, about 1 1/2 minutes. Sprinkle half of the feta mixture on the omelet, then reduce the heat to very low, cover, and cook for 1 minute more. Slide the omelet onto a plate, folding it over if desired. Repeat with the remaining ingredients making 1 more omelet. Serve at once, sprinkled with more
paprika and the fresh dill.

Omleta este mereu bine sa nu o gatim prea mult altfel are un gust urat oul acela ars.Am intalnit totusi oameni care prefera omleta arsa dar mie nu mi se pare deloc gustoasa asa.Eu in cazul de fata am facut o omleta mai mare si intr-o togaie nu tocmai potrivita si de asta n-am reusit sa o fac un rulou frumos.
Omelette est toujours préférable de ne pas cuire trop longtemps ou a un mauvais goût que ars.Am oeuf gens encore rencontré qui préfèrent omelette cuite mais je ne semblent pas du tout savoureux asa.Eu dans ce cas j'ai fait une omelette plus grand et en une toge pas juste et que j'ai réussi à faire un jet agréable.

Remove the piece of shell
Salt to taste
Black pepper
Green onion or parsley
Mix well
Medium-low heat
Olive oil or butter
Pour the egg into the pan
1 tortilla (13cm)
Flip over
Mozzarella cheese
Sliced tomatoes
Sprinkle some more mozzarella cheese
1 tortilla (13cm)
Use a plate to flip over
So cheesy on the inside!
Done!
So delicious and easy to make!
Very crispy on the outside!

Ingredientes
1 o 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva
1 o 2 dientes de ajos
1 cebolla grande o ( 2 pequeñas )
1 pimiento rojo
1 pimiento verde
Sal
1 Huevo
100 ml de leche
1 Cucharada y media de harina de
trigo común
Mix de pimienta o pimienta negra molida
6 huevos cocidos
Rodajas de tomate
Queso rallado ( Mozzarella )
Tomillo
Pimentón dulce
Orégano

Ingredients:
5 eggs
60 g ( 2.10 oz ) bacon
50 g ( 1.75 oz ) white cheese / feta
4 pieces of spring onions ( scallions )
1 tomato
1 cucumber
1 tablespoon olive oil for frying
1 teaspoon olive oil for the tomato slices
salt, pepper and dry oregano for taste
Shred the cheese and chop the green onions.
Prepare a pan and add 1 tbsp of olive oil.
Set the stove at medium heat.
Add the chopped onions into the pan. Saute them for ~ 15 seconds.
Add the bacon and stir. Let them fry together 1 minute more.
Add the eggs into the pan and scramble them with a spoon.
Turn the heat a little bit lower.
Sprinkle salt and pepper for taste.
After the eggs are half fried, add the shredded cheese and stir to combine all ingredients.
Let the scrambled eggs / omelette cook about 1 minute more.
Meanwhile, slice a tomato and a cucumber and add them on a plate. Sprinkle the tomato slices with a little bit of salt, pepper, olive oil and dry oregano.
Pour the scrambled eggs on the plate, next to the tomato and cucumber slices and serve.
