How To make Omelet Ole
1/4 c Chopped red bell pepper
2 tb Green onion slices
2 tb Margarine or butter
3 Eggs,beaten
2 tb Milk
1/4 lb Velveeta Mexican
Pasteurized Process Cheese Spread with Jalapeno Pepper Cubed Saute peppers and onions in 1 tbsp. margarine or butter in a 7" skillet.Remove vegetables from the skillet.Melt remaining butter or margarine in the skillet over low heat.Add combined eggs and milk.As eggs set,lift edges,slightly,with a spatula to allow uncooked portion to flow underneath.When eggs are set but the top is still moist,place 1/2 cup process cheese spread and 1/4 cup of the vegetables on half of the omelet.Slip spatula underneath,tip the skillet to loosen and gently fold in half.Top with the remaining process cheese spread and vegetables.Cover 2 to 3 minutes or until process cheese spread begins to melt.Total cooking time
should be 10 minutes.Makes 2 servings.

THIS IS SUPER HEALTHY | EGG WHITE OMELETTE RECIPE
In this video, we will look at how to make an egg white omelette. This is often a choice made by our hotel guests as it is healthier than a whole egg omelet because egg white is mostly protein and contains very little fat. This omelette is made using only the egg whites of an egg.
INGREDIENTS:
3 chicken eggs of 50 grams each.
10 grams of white onion.
1 pinch of white pepper powder.
1 pinch of table salt.
and 15 milliliters of olive oil.
PROCEDURES:
Step 1. Prepare your mis en place by separating your egg whites from the yolks and finely chopping the onions. Any additional fillings will need to be prepared beforehand too.
Step 2. Season the egg whites with table salt and white pepper powder, and beat them well using a whisk.
Step 3. Heat a shallow non-stick frying pan with the olive oil in it. A top tip here is to use olive oil instead of canola oil as it is healthier and often a guest wanting an egg white omelet will be looking for healthier options.
Step 4. Sauté the onions until translucent, meaning they have no color.
Step 5. Add the seasoned egg whites and stir with a plastic spatula. A top tip here is to bring the cooked
egg inwards continuously keeping the pan and spatula moving at the same time.
Step 6. Once the eggs are softly cooked, remove from the heat. A top tip here is to not use butter as it will give the egg white omelet a golden color and the egg white omelette must be served white in color.
Step 7. Start a fold over the edge of the omelette, tilting the pan inwards so that the edge tips over and rolls down the pan.
Step 8. Roll it tightly so it is neat and press into the edge of the pan so that it forms a perfect crescent shape.
Step 9. Turn the omelet onto the plate and serve.
