4 pcs eggs
30 ml milk
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon olive oil
salt to taste

In this video we're gonna learn How to Make Crispy Thai Omelette :)
An easy menu. It's a quick, yummy and affordable street food menu especially among festivals/events which the merchants want to sell a quick meal and people want to grab a quick easy meal.
It is so common in Thais' household since every house has rice, eggs and fish sauce.
It was actually the first menu I ever cooked when I was a kid.

Today's version is a simple crispy omelette.
???? We're gonna need...
- 3 Large Eggs
- 2 tsp Fish Sauce
- [Optional] 4-5 drops Lime Juice
- Cooking Oil enough for frying
Prik Nam Pla (Thai Chili Fish Sauce Recipe) :

*Lime juice won't affect the taste but will help the egg to hold up the air better when we whisk. Which will make the egg crispy when we fry.
However, without it but enough heat from the oil your omelette will still turn out crispy and fluffy. Totally optional ????
**To get the crispiness, the type of oil is also one of the factors.
Like deep frying chicken or other things, using higher smoking point oil like canola oil, soy bean oil, sunflower oil, palm oil will hold up the heat better which gives the crispy food as a result.
Healthier choice of high-smoking point oil would be an avocado oil.
The only con of avocado oil would be the higher price.
So use what you're convenient with and enjoy cooking! ????
There're many ways to season the omelette.
Can just be as simple as using fish sauce or soy sauce only.
Or for 3 eggs, you can add 1/2 tsp oyster sauce, 1/2 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 tsp white pepper and some chopped green onion...This is also my favorite way to make omelette.
We can even add some minced pork/chicken/prawns. The more extra stuff we add, it won't be as crispy as just the eggs alone since it will be a little heavy but still gonna be good.
As I always say.....That's the beauty of homecooked. Adjust to whatever you like

Quick and Tasty Olé Omelette
Welcome to our second quick and tasty recipe, where we make a salsa and cheese omelette that's easy to make and satisfies everyone on any budget. Look forward to more recipes!
Ingredients:
2 eggs
2 tablespoons of Salsa
4 slices of Gouda or any other hard cheese
Teaspoon of oil (Olive oil or Canola)
Optional ingredient:
Spring onions as a garnish.
Preparation:
Break the eggs into a mixing bowl.
Beat well.
Add the 2 tablespoons of salsa and stir in well.
Put the teaspoon of oil into a ceramic non-stick pan heated for approximately 30-40 seconds on medium heat.
Pour in egg and salsa batter into pan.
When batter begins to form, place the four slices of cheese in a row on one side.
Wait for about a minute and then fold one side of the omelette onto the other.
Remove and place onto plate.
Optional:
Spread some cut spring onions over omelette.
