How To make Old Fashioned Vegetable Soup
1 c Onion, chopped 1/4 ts Basil, crushed
1 c Potato, raw, diced 1/4 ts Thyme, crushed
1 c Carrots, sliced 1 Bay leaf
1 c Celery, sliced 1/4 ts Pepper
32 oz Tomatoes, whole, coarsely 2 tb Beef bouillon, instant
-chopped 7 oz Corn, can, undrained 5 c Water 8 1/2 oz Green beans, can,
undrained 1 tb Salt 8 1/2 oz Peas, small, can,
undrained Brown beef & onion. Drain. Add everything except canned vegs., Simmer 30 min. Add canned vegs., heat. -----

OLD SCHOOL BEEF AND VEGETABLE SOUP (IN AN INSTANT POT)
This is a easy simple quick way to make a big pot of beef and vegetable soup in an instant pot
Very simple and absolutely delicious
RECIPE:
3# beef chuck roast small diced
1 cup frozen corn
1 cup English peas or green beans
1 cup frozen carrots
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped celery
1 8 oz can chopped tomatoes
1# chopped potatoes
2 cups beef stock
salt and pepper to taste
Season beef with salt and pepper
Place meat in instant pot and sear on all side until browned(on sauteed setting)
Add all other ingredients in pot with stock last
Place lid on instant pot and put on meat setting for 80 minutes
Enjoy with crackers or cornbread

This a easy southern vegetable soup. The ingredient's are celery, onion, potatoes, diced tomatoes, hamburger meat, corn, peas, green beans, garlic, carrots, tomato paste, chicken broth.

LAY HO MA (how's it going in Cantonese)! It's going to be an epic day when you can cozy up to an uncomplicated but indulgent soup right in the comfort of your own home. Join me in this episode and learn how to make a deliciously creamy vegetable soup recipe today!
Ingredients:
1 generous cup cashews
3 cups water
200g broccoli
80g cremini mushrooms
2 plantbased sausages
drizzle + 2 tbsp avocado oil
1 onion
2 pieces garlic
2 stalks celery
1 small carrot
1/2 red bell pepper
1 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1L water or unsalted veggie stock
1/3 cup nutritional yeast
1 cup corn
pesto to serve (optional) (
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375F
2. Blend the cashews with 3 cups of water in a high powered blender until liquified (if you do not have a high powered blender, soak the cashews in water overnight)
3. Chop the broccoli into bite sized pieces. Slice the cremini mushrooms and plantbased sausages. Transfer to a large mixing bowl and toss with a dirzzle of avocado oil
4. Toss the veggies, then transfer onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Spread them out, then bake in the oven for 25-30min
5. Finely chop the onion, garlic, celery, and carrot. Dice the red bell pepper
6. Heat up a stock pot to medium high heat. Add 2 tbsp avocado oil followed by the onions and garlic. Sauté for 6-7min
7. Season with salt and pepper. Add the dried oregano, celery, and carrots. Sauté for another few minutes
8. Add the red bell pepper and sauté for another minute. Add the 1L of water (or unsalted vegetable stock). Add the nutritional yeast and give the pot a stir
9. Turn the heat up and bring to a boil. Then, turn the heat off and transfer in the roasted veggies. Pour in the cashew cream while stirring
10. Add the corn and turn the heat to medium. Give the pot a stir and warm up the soup for a few minutes
11. Plate the soup and garnish with a dollop of pesto to serve

1950's Vegetable Soup
No act of love, however small, is ever wasted.
Easy cooking for busy families The recipe is below:
1 lb of ground hamburger or left over roast
1 chopped onion
1-1/2 tsp. granulated garlic OR 2 cloves crushed fresh
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can green beans
1 can sliced carrots
1 can english peas
All canned vegetable are added with the juice also in the can
Or add the canned veggies you like
1/2 a can of large tomato juice - add more if needed
1 Tblsp. powdered beef broth
Cook the meat and onion. Add the other ingredients and let simmer 15 or 20 minutes. Add....either elbow macaroni, potatoes, rice or some other type of pasta (just a few handfuls)...cover and let it cook until tender. Test for additional seasoning and enjoy!
