3 lb Broiler-fryer, with
Neck and gizzard 1 lg Onion
1 Stalk celery, quartered
-with leaves 6 c Water
1 lg Carrot, peeled and
-cut in half 1 1/2 t Salt
1/2 t Pepper
1 Sprig of dill
2 pk Instant chicken broth

casserole. Heat, covered, 15 minutes in Microwave Oven. 2. Skim any foam from top. Cover and heat an additional 10 minutes or until
chicken is tender, Remove carrots, chicken, celery and onion, Strain soup through cheese-cloth or strainer, Skim excess fat off surface and add 2 envelopes instant chicken broth, If desired, add cooked noodles before serving.

1 3-4lb whole chicken + neck
2 onions
2 carrots
all purpose seasoning
Chicken Broth:
1 Chicken carcass (back and breast bone, wings/tips etc)
1 leek
2 carrots
2 celery stalks
1-2 onions
thyme
1 tbps peppercorns
1 head of garlic
2 bay leaves
4-5 liters of water
salt to taste (at the end after straining)
Soup:
1 lb diced chicken
1 carrot/onion/celery stalk (diced)
3 tbps butter
2 tbps all purpose flour (optional for thicker consistency)
8 cups chicken broth (preferably homemade or high quality story bought)
egg noodles (as many as you prefer in your soup)
salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, red pepper flakes or cayenne

Ingredients
1½ lbs. chicken thighs, boneless, skinless, cut into bite size pieces
1 Tbsp. canola oil
3 medium carrots, sliced diagonally into ½-inch pieces
1 medium sweet onion, cut into 12 wedges
6 garlic cloves, chopped
5 cups chicken stock, divided
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 dried bay leaf
12 oz. baby white potatoes, quartered
¼ cup fresh chopped parsley
salt and freshly ground black pepper
( i always add in extra seasonings... I added about 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of oregano...around a teaspoon of paprika...and around 1/2 tablespoon of garlic and herb seasoning)
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, to taste.
Heat oil over high heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until brown on all sides, about 6 minutes total. Transfer to a plate.
Add carrots and onion to the pot and cook, stirring often, until onions begin to soften, about 4-5 minutes. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, stirring nonstop. Add ½ cup chicken stock while stirring and scraping to loosen browned bits from the bottom of the dutch oven.
In a small bowl, whisk together flour and ½ cup broth; add to the dutch oven. Stir in chicken and remaining 4 cups of chicken broth. Add bay leaf and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 25 minutes, partially covered.
Add potatoes and cook uncovered until potatoes are tender, about 18-20 minutes. The liquid will slightly reduce even further. Stir in parsley and discard bay leaf before serving.

One bowl of this soup will not be enough and you will definitely want more. This chicken soup is very good for digestion and is very good to eat after the holidays to relieve the digestive system.
Recipe:
350 g chicken
1.5 liters of water
cook until done
remove foam
chop 2 onions
frying oil
fry the onion over medium heat
cut 1 carrot
fry over medium heat
add 1 spoon of broth
take the chicken out of the broth

cut 2-3 potatoes
after 3 minutes add 2 tablespoons of paste

add 3 bay leaves

add 1 cup frozen peas
beat 1 egg

add chicken meat
