My favourite cooks are Jamie Oliver and Yotam Ottolenghi. I also like the youtube videos from Gordon Ramsay. I´m not too much into complicated recipes. I like it easy. Anyway I prefer to eat at home together with my family and friends, but to go to any restaurant. I have never been to a restaurant with a star from guide michelin. Original German/ Bavarian Beer cheese/ Obatzda vs. American Beer Cheese /how to make a Roux
The Video will show you how to make a traditional German Obatzda, as well as American Beer Cheese. Both dishes are perfect for you next party or as a nice Game-day Snack.
Obatzda is a Bavarian Cheese dip, with two types of cheese and is really simple to make.
The American Beer cheese is closer to a soup and starts by making a flour roux.
I really enjoyed making both Cheese dips and I'm happy to share both recipes with you.
