Camembert Cheese

To Make Blue Cheese Walnut Dip
Fresh Cream - 1 Tbsp (Buy:
Mayonnaise - 1 Tbsp (Buy:
Juice Of 1 Lemon
Blue Cheese - 25 Gms
Chopped Walnut – 1 Tbsp
Salt - 1/4 Tsp (Buy:
Pepper - 1/4 Tsp (Buy:

Method:
Creamy Spinach Dip
1. To a pan add butter, garlic and saute for a min.
2. Now add the onions, and saute until transparent.
3. Add the spinach and mix it.
4. Season it with salt, pepper and fresh cream.
5. Add the Austrian cheese triangles to the pan.
6. Cook the cheese on low flame.
7. Once the cheese melts add the mixed herbs.
8. Creamy Spinach Dip is ready.
Camembert Cheese Dip
1. Place the camembert cheese in a oven proof dish.
2. Make some slits on it and place some garlic cloves and rosemary.
3. Pour olive oil over the cheese.
4. Bake it at 180C for 20 mins.
5. Camembert cheese dip is ready.
Blue cheese walnut dip
1. To a bowl add fresh cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, blue cheese, walnut, salt, pepper, spring onion whites and spring onion greens.
2. Mix everything and crumble the cheese as well.
3. Blue cheese walnut dip is ready.

The dough I fermented overnight for bread dough

I expand the dough by 25 centimeters with a rolling pin without pressing too much.

I put the bread on the cloth to prevent it from getting wet and it is healthy this way.

You can apply as much as you want, this amount is enough for me.
I add melted cheese to the bottom.
I add tulum cheese on top
I add the walnuts by crushing them in my hand in small pieces.
After adding the melted cheese again, I turn it off.
I am preparing the second bread. By the way, you can use different cheeses, but if you use unsalted cheese, be sure to add salt.
Now I'm preparing the last bread
I leave the bread on medium heat until the outside is browned and the cheese inside is melted.
I turn the bread to the other side with the help of a plate.
I check that the cheese is melted.
If you want it to be crispy, toast the bread well.
Now we can move on to the eating phase.
It's very hot and a cold apple juice might be good with this bread.
