karo syrup, light, or dark

teaspoon
baking powder

teaspoon
vanilla
1/2
cup
raisins
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray. In large bowl combine dry ingredients. Stir in egg whites, corn syrup and vanilla until well mixed, add raisins. (Batter will be stiff.) Drop by rounded teaspoons onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 10 minutes or until firm. Do not overbake. Remove on wire rack to cool. Makes 2 1/2 dozen cookies.
Variation: use molassas for half of the syrup and add 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg and 1/4 teaspoon ginger, it makes a spicy cookie.

• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup SPLENDA® Sugar Blend
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tablespoon molasses
• 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 3 cups old-fashioned oatmeal, uncooked
• 1 cup raisins
Crispy Chewy Oatmeal Raisin Cookies Recipe Directions:
• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Stir together flour, soda, and cinnamon. Set aside.
• Beat butter and SPLENDA® Sugar Blend at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy.
• Add eggs, molasses and vanilla, beating until blended.
• Gradually add flour mixture, beating at low speed until blended.
• Stir in oats and raisins.
• Drop dough by rounded tablespoons onto lightly greased baking sheets.
• Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool slightly on baking sheets.
• Remove to wire racks; cool completely.

HEALTHY OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES RECIPE:
1 1/2 Cups (120g) Instant Oats
3/4 Cup (90g) White Whole Wheat Flour
1 1/2 Scoops (45g) Isopure Unflavored Whey Protein Isolate
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/8 Tsp Salt
1/2 Cup (140g) Honey
2 1/2 Tbsps (30g) Coconut Oil Melted
1 Large Egg
1 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 Cup (75g) Raisins
Pre-heat oven to 325 Degrees
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and mix until a thick cookie dough forms
Mix until well combined and a dough forms.
Once combined, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and add the cookies using a cookie scoop (around 20 cookies).
Bake for around 10-12 minutes.
Once the cookies are done baking let them cool down completely in the cookie tray itself.
Once cooled, store in an air-tight container for several days.
