How To make Oat Bran Raisin Cookies
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1 cup brown sugar -- firmly packed
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups oat bran
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup raisins
OR semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
OR chopped pecans
1. Beat together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add oats, oat bran, flour, salt and baking soda. Stir to mix well. 2. Add raisins [or chocolate chips] and nuts, and blend evenly. 3. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. 4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 350 F (180 C); the cookies should not brown very much. Remove to a wire rack to cool. Makes 4 dozen cookies.

Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Bars
Hello. Long time no see! I have been really busy with work since starting my first job so I had left trying recipes to the wayside but I finally had some time, and I baked these delicious Oatmeal Raisin Cookie Bars to snack on, so I thought I would film it. Hope you all are staying safe and healthy during quarantine. Stay home, bake and do things you love. :)
Ingredients:
* 1 cup (80 g) rolled oats (To buy online: )

Oat bran wheat cookies - a nice easy receipe for a tasty snack, cheap and easy to make. Low in fat as using oats and natural wheat bran and a little brown sugar and coconut oil (instead of butter). Enjoy - oh and check out I said the obligatory baking tray and baking POWDER, I think I mean to say PAPER! ha ha ha
Best Oatmeal Raisin cookies recipe
Best ever!
Ingredients:
Soak 1 cup (155g) raisins in a bowl with 3 beaten eggs, 1 t Vanilla and 1 t Cinnamon for one hour.
In a separate bowl, cream 1 cup (240g) butter with 1 cup (220g) brown sugar and 1 cup (200g) white sugar.
Add 1 t salt and 2 t baking soda.
Stir in 2 1/2 cups ( 350g) flour.
Add the raisin mixture. Mix again.
Add 2 cups (200g) regular rolled oats or quick oats. If you use old fashioned oats, then “pulse” in a food processor/ blender 5-7 times for best results. Pulsing the oats will make them “finer”, therefore they will cook faster like quick oats.
Optional 3/4 cup (68g) walnuts or pecans.
Bake 350*F or 180*C
10-12 minutes
