How To make Date Or Raisin Bran Muffins
1 c Wheat/Oat Bran cereal
3/4 c Milk
1 c Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
2 1/2 ts Baking Powder
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 c Granulated Sugar
1/2 c Seedless Raisins *
1/2 c Chopped Walnuts
1 ea Large Egg
1/4 c Vegetable Oil
* Finely chopped pitted dates may be substituted to get Date Muffins. ~------------------------------------------------------------------------- Mix cereal and milk. Let stand a few minutes until most of the milk is absorbed. Grease 12 2 1/2-inch muffin cups. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar into a medium-sized bowl. Stir to mix well. Add dates/raisins and nuts; toss to mix. Add egg and oil to soaked cereal and beat well with a fork. Pour into flour mixture and stir only until dry ingredients are moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Drop batter into prepared pans, filling each cup half to two-thirds full. Bake about 30 minutes, or until browned. Remove from pan and serve hot with butter and jelly or preserves.

wheat bran

salt

Ground cinnamon
1 tsp
Butter
1/4 cup
1 egg
Low-fat buttermilk
1cup
Raisins
1 cup, chopped
Brown sugar
2/3 cup
pam cooking spray
Instruction
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Combine flour, wheat bran, salt, baking soda and cinnamon, set aside.
Cream butter with sugar until sugar is dissolved. Add egg and beat for 2-3 minutes, add 1/3 of bran mixture and 1/3 cup of buttermilk. Mix until just combined. Repeat, alternating, with remaining bran mixture and buttermilk, fold in raisins, transfer batter to a muffin pan and bake for about 10-15 minutes. #branmuffinsrecipe #weighteatchers #easymuffinrecipe

Great taste from simple ingredients! Light dessert for breakfast in 5 minutes! The recipe is simple and quick, but very tasty. Easy dessert recipe in 5 minutes. All I can say is that it was over very quickly, and I will definitely do it again soon.

Ingredients:
100 g rolled oats (1 cup)
pinch of salt
6 g baking powder ( 1 1/4 tsp)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 eggs (Replacement: 3 tablespoons water + 3 teaspoons baking powder + 2 teaspoon vegetable oil
50 g eritrytol/green sugar (4 tbsp)
1 tsp vanilla extract
25 g melted butter (1 3/4 tbsp)
1 big carrot (90g/3.2 oz)
50 g chopped walnuts(1/2 cup)
bake 20-25 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F

Healthy and Delicious Bran and Date Muffins Recipe
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup milk
185 g (1 and 1/4 cups) all purpose flour
105 g wheat bran
120 g sugar
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon powder
120g chopped dates
1/2 cup (125 ml ) vegetable oil
1 Egg
Instruction:
combine dry ingredients in a bowl then add the wet ingredients and mix until everything is well combined and smooth
then add chopped dates and give it a stir . grease a 12-cup muffin pan or line the pan with muffin papers,
Fill the cups of the muffin pan two-thirds full.
bake at preheated 375 f ( 190 c ) Oven for about 20 minutes.
Let the muffins cool in the tins for five minutes before removing them.then turn them out of the pan onto a rack to cool completely.
