How To make Nutty Stir Fry
3/4 c Low-sodium chicken broth
2 tb Oyster sauce
2 ts Light soy sauce
1 ts Cornstarch
2 ts Light sesame oil
2 c Sliced mushrooms
7 Ca. Walnuts
- coarsely broken or chopped 1/2 c Diced red bell pepper
1/2 c Chopped scallions
3 oz Smoked chicken or ham
cut into strips 2 c Hot cooked rice

(white or brown) "Once the chopping is out of the way, this stir-fry is lightening-quick to fix -- so have all the ingredients ready before you start to cook." In a small bowl, combine broth, oyster sauce, soy sauce and cornstarch. Set aside. Heat a nonstick large skillet or wok over high heat for 1 minute. Add oil, mushrooms and walnuts; cook, tossing constantly with spatula, 1 minute. Add bell pepper, scallions and chicken; cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes. Add broth mixture; cook until thickened, about 10 seconds. Serve with rice. Each serving (1/2 cup rice) provides: * 1 FA, 1-1/2 V, 1 P, 1 B, 6 C. Per serving: * 274 cal, 12 g pro, 36 g car, * 9 g fat: 4 g poly, 3 g mono, 1 g sat * 689 mg sod, 19 mg chol. Nikki's Nutty Sauces Stir fry
You can use either the Nutty Mango, Nutty hot, Nutty BBQ or Nutty Extra hot in your stir fries. it adds more flavour to your meals and makes it extra delicious.. trust me! You will need
Ingredients
300g of stir fry veg
1 tbsp of olive oil
1 tbsp of Nikkis Nutty Extra hot (can add more if you want )
Salt and black pepper to taste.
Directions
Add 1 tbsp of olive oil to a pan
Add your stir fry veg and let it cook for 3 -4 mins. Stir occasionally.
Add Nikkis Nutty Sauce and mix thoroughly with the vegetables until vegetables are well coated in the sauce.
Let it cook (low / medium heat) for a further 2-3 mins stirring to prevent burning
Turn off heat and your Nutty stir fry Veg is ready. Serve wit rice, pasta or noodles.

Smoked Paprika Nutty Vegetable Stew | BESU Pure Diet Recipe
Ingredients
(2-3 servings)
#Main
Broccoli 1 medium (about 350g)
Carrot 1 medium (about 100g)
Firm tofu about 150g
Ginger (peeled) about 10g
#Smoked paprika nutty sauce
Plant milk 8-10 tbsp
Peanut butter (smooth or chunky) 1 tsp
Nutritional yeast flakes 2 tsp
Salt ½ to 1 tsp (flexible as per preference)
Smoked paprika 2.5 tsp
Apple cider vinegar (or fresh lemon juice) 1 tsp
Date nectar (or other types of natural sweetener) ¼ tsp

Rapeseed oil or olive oil 2 tbsp (for stir-frying)
Water ⅓ cup (for stewing)
Instructions
1. Clean the vegetables and tofu; cut the carrot, broccoli and tofu into similar-sized chunks; mince the ginger.
2. Prepare the sauce by mixing all the ingredients well until smooth; put it aside for later.
3. Heat the rapeseed oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the carrot, tofu chunks and ginger mince; stir-fry for about 5 minutes until they are slightly golden on the outside.
4. Add water, broccoli and the sauce; stir well until all chunks are covered evenly with the sauce.
5. Turn the heat down to medium-low; cover the pan with a lid and let it stew for about 10 minutes until the carrot and broccoli are tender (add more water if needed).
6. Ready to serve with rice or noodles or by itself.
