How To make No Cook Chocolate Cheese Pie
6 oz Semisweet chocolate bits
15 oz Ricotta cheese
1/2 c Light brown sugar
1/8 ts Salt
1 ts Vanilla
3 Egg yolks
1/2 c Heavy cream; whipped
3 Egg whites; beaten stiff
With 1/4 cup light brown sug -ar Pie shell/9 inch; baked Melt chocolate over hot water. Cool. Blend ricotta with sugar, salt & vanilla. Beat in egg yolks, beating after each addition. beat in chocolate and blend well. Combine whipped cream with beaten egg whites, folding gently. Fold into chocolate mixture. Pour into baked pie shell, reserving 1/4 of mixture for decorating. Refrigerate until filling is set. Spoon reserved mixture in mounds over top of pie. Chill several hours or overnight. It is so simple and easy you will want to hang on to the recipe for all your summer cook outs and anytime you need a quick impressive dessert, even holiday gatherings. You can prepare it in just a few minutes, it lasts for days in the refrigerator, is easy to transport to potluck dinners and it is absolutely delicious.
This pie is sure to become a family tradition and most requested dessert for all special occasions. The taste and texture of the pie is very similar to Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. Normally a pie serves 8 people. You can easily serve 12 people with this pie, and everyone will be satisfied. The pie is very rich.

3 tbsp (24g) powdered sugar
1 tsp (5g) vanilla extract
1/3 cup (80g) whipping cream (35% fat) , chilled

5 oz (150g) raspberries , fresh or frozen
2 tbsp (30g) sugar
1 tbsp (15g) lemon juice

I just want to make this again and again ???? here is how to do it ????

1️⃣ Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips in the microwave and let cool enough so it's not real hot
.
2️⃣ Fold in a whole tub of whipped topping
.
3️⃣ Pour your mouse into a graham cracker pie crust
.
4️⃣ Add more whipped topping on top (I used another 1/2 ish tub)
.
5️⃣ If ya wanna get fancy pants add a bit of chopped chocolate chips
.
6️⃣ Place in the fridge for 2+ hour then enjoy the HECK out of it!
