egg salad filling:
3 ea Eggs; lg, hard cooked, *
1/3 c Celery, minced
1 x Hot pepper sauce, to taste
1 x Mayonnaise, to moisten
1 x sandwich:
8 ea Monterey jack cheese, slices
4 ea Tomato; slices, thin
4 ea Lettuce leaves
1 x Salt & pepper; to taste
1 x Dill pickle wedge
1 x Stuffed olives
* Eggs should be peeled and chopped. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++ Prepare the egg salad filling. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to blend the flavors. Spread 4 of the cheese slices with the filling. Place tomato slices on top of the filling. Top with the lettuce leaves and salt and pepper to taste. Cover with the remaining cheese slices. Serve on individual plates with the pickles and olives.

Learn how to make the best gluten-free bread! In this video we’re making an easy gluten-free sandwich bread recipe! It's also dairy-free! The recipe is super simple and uses basic ingredients! This bread can be sliced and enjoyed on its own, used in sandwiches and you can also freeze it. This is the fluffiest and tastiest gluten-free bread I have ever tasted and believe me I have tried many! Even my boyfriend who isn’t gluten-free loves this bread and always asks me to bake a new loaf!
Gluten-free breads in the grocery stores are quite expensive and often a bit dry! This bread is every coeliac’s and gluten intolerant’s dream! It’s so delicious and not dry at all and actually quite easy to make????
In this recipe I used all purpose gluten-free flour mix, which is basically a mix of rice flour, corn starch and potato flour☺️ Pretty much any kind of all purpose gluten-free flour mix should work well in this! If your flour mix already contains psyllium husk, you don’t need to add any psyllium to the dough. Same thing if you are using regular non gluten-free flour, no need to add psyllium, it’s only needed for gluten-free baking. The loaf pan I used was: 12 x 20 cm / 5 x 8 inch
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups warm water (360 ml)
4 1/2 teaspoons of dry yeast (11 g)
1 tablespoon psyllium husk powder (if your flours don’t already contain it)
3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons salt
2 - 2 1/2 cups all purpose gluten-free flour mix (480 - 600 ml)
2 egg whites

We are always looking for new Potato Recipes! Of all the potato recipes that I have ever shared with you, this one will be a sure hot with kids, adults alike as this is a No Bread Potato Sandwich. Theis Potato sandwich is also an excellent Gluten Free option for people who avoid eating flour. All you need to do is substitute the 2 tbsp flour with 1 tbsp corn starch for an excellent no Bread Potato Sandwich!
This delicious potato sandwich has a bread that is actually made of potatoes and the sandwich can have a filling of your choice. You can also make a pizza base the same way and make a gluten free pizza too!
This one is sure to become one of your favourite potato recipes. This No Bread Potato Sandwich makes for an excellent tiffin or lunchbox option too.

Recipe :
No Bread Potato Sandwich
Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Serves: 3-4
Ingredients:
For the Potato Bread:
4 large Potatoes
2 tbsp flour
½ tsp salt
For the Sandwich filling:
½ cup mozzarella cheese
Oregano to taste
chili flakes to taste
¼ cup corn
¼ cup chopped capsicum
¼ cup chopped tomatoes
1 tsp chopped chilies
Salt to taste
Method:
Finely grate the potatoes in long strands using the largest eye of the grater.
Immerse the grated potatoes in cold water for 2-3 minutes.
Drain and squeeze out all extra moisture. Add the flour, salt and mix well.
Add 2 tbsp oil to the pan. spread out the grated potatoes on the pan and press well.
Allow the potatoes to cook on medium heat, pressing well all the time to ensure it comes together.
When the underside is golden, flip and cook on the other side too till golden.
Meanwhile prepare the stuffing for the sandwich.
Mix together all the ingredients except the cheese slices.
Spread the desired quantity of stuffing on half the potato bread, place cheese slices over it for extra cheese flavour. Cover with the remaining half of the potato bread and press. Cook till the stuffing too is cooked.
Remove from pan. brush with garlic butter for extra flavour. Cut and serve the sandwich.
