How To make Nell's Banana Cake
2 1/2 C Sugar
1 C Butter
3 C Flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
4 eggs
7 tbl buttermilk
2 C mashed bananas
2 tsp vanilla
Cream: Sugar and butter Sift: Flour, baking soda and salt (set aside) Add eggs one at a time to the creamed mixture, beating well after each addition. Gradually add buttermilk, alternating with flour mixture until all is combined. Fold in: Bananas and vanilla Pour into 3 cake pans and Bake: At 325 degrees for approximately 30 min.
Frost with a confectioner's sugar recipe (1 1/2 times the quantity of recipe on box) Or use frosting recipe of your choice. Sprinkle chopped pecans over the top.

Method
Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4.
Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, then slowly add the eggs ,coffee powder,and vanilla extract.
Sift in the flour, baking powder,into the batter.
Pour into the tin and bake for about 60 mins until a skewer comes out clean. Cool in the tin for 5 mins, then remove to a wire rack.
Now our Date cake / Date walnut cake is ready.

500g All-purpose flour
5g salt
12g white sugar
5g baking powder
3g baking soda
Mix well
135ml water
135ml milk
1 egg
Mix well
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients
Mix well
42g unsalted butter
Microwave for 20-30 seconds
Add to the dough
Knead the dough
Press on the dough like this
Cover and rest for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes

Cut in half
Press and fold the dough
Shape the dough into a log
Repeat
Take some plastic wrap
Wrap the piece of dough in the plastic wrap
Repeat with the other piece of dough
Rest for 4-5 hours at room temperature

Unwrap a piece of dough
Stretch the dough like this
Sprinkle some flour on the dough
Flatten the dough with a rolling pin
Shape the sides with the rolling pin like this

Cut the dough into about 1.5cm pieces
Bamboo skewer
Dip the bamboo skewer in water
Make a line with water using the bamboo skewer
Stack each second piece on top of a piece that has water
Press off the ends like this
Use the bamboo skewer to press a line in the center
Repeat
900-1000ml vegetable oil
Medium heat
Use a wooden chopstick to test when the oil is ready
Use one of the dough ends to test the oil
Take a piece and stretch it like this
Place the piece into the oil carefully
Flip using chopsticks
Fry the rest of the pieces
Fry the ends of the dough
These fried fritters are so delicious!
The outside is crispy and the inside is very airy

Cupcake without egg / Cupcake without Milk / Cupcake without Butter.
These SIMPLE VEGAN VANILLA CUPCAKES are super moist and so easy to make and they are delicious.
Makes 12 cupcakes.
✅ Ingredients:
1 ½ cup (210 g) All-Purpose Flour
3/4 cup (150 g) Granulated Sugar
1 tbsp (12 g) Baking Powder
1/8 tsp (pinch) Salt
1/3 cup (75 ml) Vegetable Oil
1 cup (250 ml) warm water 90-110oF (32-43oC)
1 tbsp (15 ml) Vanilla Extract

Torta all'arancia soffice: basta versare un bicchiere di succo nell'impasto!
Versa l'impasto sulle fette d'arancia e quando rovesciata la torta, l'effetto è incredibile! INGREDIENTI
arance di diverso colore
zucchero di canna
limone
3 uova
280g zucchero
100ml olio di semi
200ml succo d'arancia
scroza di agrumi
320g farina
16g lievito per dolci
PREPARAZIONE 1. Tagliate il limone e l'arancia a fette e disponetele in una tortiera rettangolare. 2. Intanto sbattete le uova con lo zucchero e l'olio. Aggiungete il succo d'arancia, la farina e il lievito. 3. Versate il composto sulle fette di agrumi e infornate per circa 35 minuti a 180°. 4. Capovolgete la torta e servite con dello zucchero a velo.
