tomatoes

tablespoon
yogurt
1/2
cup
heavy cream
4
oz
green peas
1/4
cup
raisins
12
each
almonds, blanched
DRY
MASALA :
1/2
teaspoon
cardamom, ground
1/2
teaspoon
coriander powder
1/2
teaspoon
ginger, ground
1/2
teaspoon
red chili powder
1/2
teaspoon
turmeric
Directions:
Note: For the random vegetables, can use, broccoli, green peppers, carrots, cauliflower, green beans, etc.
Boil vegetables (except onions and peas). Drain and set aside. Melt butter and saute onions and garlic. Add tomatoes, yogurt, and the dry masala, and simmer for 5 minutes. Add vegetables and simmer for another 5 minutes, then add water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes. Add cream and peas, stirring gently. Before serving, top with raisins and almonds.

This recipe is serving for 4
• 1 cup chopped cauliflower
• 1/2 cup green peas
• 1/4 cup sliced carrot
• 1/2 cup chopped green beans (about ½ long)
• 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
• 1/3 lb cubed fried paneer (Indian cheese)
• 2 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
• 1 seeded finely chopped green chilly
• 1 tablespoon shredded ginger
• 1/2 cup seeded and chopped tomatoes for garnishing
• 3 tablespoon oil
• pinch of hing
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin seed
• 1 tablespoon of coriander powder
• 1/4teaspoon turmeric
• 1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder
• 2 bay leaves
• 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
• 1/2 teaspoon amchoor powder
• 1 cup milk
• 1/2tablespoon cornstarch

Navrattan korma is a classic delicious Mughlai dish, gets its name Navratan (meaning nine gems) from the nine different veggies , fruit and nuts used in it, cooked in a silky and creamy gravy. This delicious Mughlai dish gets its name Navratan (meaning nine gems) from the nine different veggies, fruit and nuts used in it.Assorted vegetables cooked in yogurt and fresh cream gravy.
ingredients
10 number almonds
2 number Bay Leaf
1 cup beans
1 cup Califlower
1 cup carrot
1/2 cup cashew nuts
1 bunch coriander leaves
1/2 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp cream
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 number grama masala dry
4 number Green Chilles
1 tbsp oil
1 number onion
1 cup Paneer
1/2 cup pineapple
1/2 cup pomogranite seeds
1 cup potatoes
1 tbsp rasins
pinch pinch SAFFRON colour
as per taste salt
1 tsp white pepper
Directions
• Take a pan add some water bring it to boil and then add cashew nuts, onions chopped cook till this is tender then blend in blender keep a side.
• Now in another pan add enough water to boil potatoes,carrot,beans,add salt cook till these vegetabales are half cooked then add califlower once vegetables are tender remove from the flame and keep it a side.
•In pan add oil Bay leaf,garamamasal,zeera,ginger garlic paste,then add cashewnut and onion paste mix well then add green chilli chopped, coriander powder, and cook till oil oozes out, now you can add little water, bring to boil.
• Now add boiled vegetables, fried paneer, dry fruits slightly fried, raisns,pineapple, salt,cream, colour, pepper, cook for 10 min.
• Lastly add pomogranite seeds and coriander leaves chopped
