How To make Mystery Pizza
-Nancy Alexander, PBJF04B 1/3 c Ricotta (part skim) cheese
1/4 c Tomato paste
1/4 ts Oregano
2 tb Mushrooms
3/4 oz Mozzarella
3 tb Flour
In small bowl, blend ricotta & flour. Place in center of small sprayed baking pan. Spread in 7 " circle, mounding edges. Bake about 20 minutes at 350. In small bowl, combine tomato paste, oregano, and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon over crust. Top with mushrooms & cheese. Bake about 10 minutes at 350. Each serving ? bread, 1 vegetable, 2 protein.
