How To make My Hearty Soup
STOCK:
3 qt Water
3 Bay leaves
Poultry seasoning as Desired Herbs as desired 2 Garlic cloves, minced OR
1 ts Minced garlic (bottled)
2 lg Onions, coarsely chopped
2 Celery stalks, in chunks
3 lb Meat (chicken, turkey,
- rabbit, whatever Black peppercorns, a few SOUP Noodles or pasta as desired 3 Carrots, diced
2 Celery stalks, diced
1 Spanish onion, diced
1 c Green beans, frozen
1 c Potatoes, cubed
1 c Mushrooms, sliced
Salt & pepper as desired Tobasco sauce as desired Put water in large stock pot and add meat. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil and if you have it put a diffuser under pot and keep the heat just below a simmer. This is like a crockpot, but my crockpot is too small. Continue cooking for 4 to 8 hours. Remove meat and allow to cool. Strain Stock and chill if necessary to remove any fat. After removing fat, return to pot. Strip meat from bone and skin. Bring to a boil and add Soup vegetables and pasta to the strained stock. Reduce to a simmer and cook til vegetables are done. Add meat and thicken if desired. Serve with fresh rolls or bread.

Hearty 15 Bean Soup Recipe with Ham Hock | Easy and Delicious!
Welcome to my kitchen! In today's cooking video, we'll dive into the world of comfort food with this flavorful and wholesome 15 Bean Soup. This soup recipe is not only delicious but also packed with nutrients from a variety of beans and veggies. Not to mention a touch of smoky flavor that's added with our ham hock. Follow along as I guide you step-by-step to create a satisfying bowl of warmth that's perfect for any season. Let's get started!

???? Hearty 15 Bean Soup ????
???? Ingredients:
• 1 - (20 oz) bag Hurst's HamBeens 15 Bean Soup Mix
• 1 - Ham Hock (optional, but highly recommended for extra flavor)
• 1 - Cup Chopped Onion
• 1 - (14.5 oz) Can Diced Tomatoes
• 1 - Teaspoon chili powder
• 1-2 Cloves Minced Garlic
• 2 - Tablespoons Lemon Juice or Juice of 1 lemon
• 2 - Teaspoons Salt
• 1 1/2 Teaspoons Black Pepper
???? Instructions:
Traditional Recipe:
• Place sorted and rinsed beans in a large pot with 8 to 10 cups of water, onion, salt & pepper and meat (if using)
• Bring beans to a boil, reduce heat and simmer (covered) for about 1 1/2 - 2 hours (Stir Occasionally)
• After simmering, add tomatoes, chili powder, lemon juice, and garlic
• Simmer (covered) for another 30 minutes
• Add contents of seasoning packet 1 to 2 minutes before cooking is complete
• Add additional salt and pepper to taste
