How To make My Easy Chili
Kitchen 5 lb Ground beef
lean
5 lg Onion :
chopped
40 oz Tomato puree can
15 oz Tomato paste :
can
30 oz Kidney beans rinsed & drain
2 1/2 qt Water :
or more
10 tb Chili powder
2 1/2 Garlic -- to taste
Oregano
SAUTE THE ONION in a non-stick pan, or in a little butter until tender. If you want the chili hot, saute with the chili powder. When the onions are limp, add the beef, and brown, breaking up with a spoon. (Drain if you like). Add puree, paste, chili powder if you didn't brown it, beans, and 16 oz. water. And salt & pepper if you like it. Cover and simmer over low heat for 2 hrs., stirring occasionally. Add more water if it gets too thick. Good served over mashed potatoes. You may need more water, depending on the cooking temperature. And you can adjust the amount of chili powder to taste. And you can add spices of your choice. This is an easy dish for camping.

Today's video will be a quick, easy and simple Chili recipe. It's very easy to make and save a bunch of time from making homemade Chili. The recipe is below and in the video. I hope you all enjoy the video. This simple recipe will taste like it's been cooking all day and no one will know the difference from chili being cook all day to chili only simmering 30 - 45 minutes.
5 lbs Of Ground Beef Or Ground Chuck
4 - 16 Oz Can Of Chili Beans
3 - 14.5 Oz Can Of Diced Tomatoes With Roasted Garlic And Onions
2 - 15 Oz Can Of Tomato Sauce (Second Can Optional)
3 - 1.25 Oz Pack Of McCormick Original Chili Season
Season ground beef with salt and black pepper. Brown beef and drain. Once drained, add all 3 packs of chili season (mix well), then add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and chili beans (mix well). Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 - 45 minutes.

2 lbs ground turkey of beef
1 Tbsp dehydrated onion
2 1/2 to 3 Tbsp light chili powder
1 1/2 to 2 tsp granulated garlic powder
1 1/2 to 2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 to 2 tsp smoked paprika
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cracked black pepper
2 1/2 cups of beef broth
1/4 cup instant corn flour for made
15 oz can charro pinto beans (drained)
can of Rotel tomatoes and green chiles
