How To make Easy Low Fat Chili
Ingredients

onion, chopped
1/4
cup
green pepper, chopped
4
cup
water, divided
1
each
great northern beans, 15 oz can, drained, rinsed
1
each
navy beans, 15 oz can, drained, rinsed
1
each
tomato sauce, 6 oz can, salt-free
1
each
tomatoes, diced, 14.5 oz can, low-salt, undrained
2
teaspoon
chili powder, or to taste
1
teaspoon
salt (optional)
1/2
teaspoon
pepper
Directions:
In a large saucepan, cook the onion and green pepper in 1/2 cup water until tender. Add beans, tomato paste and tomatoes. Stir in chili powder, salt if desired, pepper and remaining water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Chili:
1 lb ground beef (Butcherbox is my fav)
3 italian sausage links
1 can black soy beans (Edens)
1 8 oz cup tomato sauce
1 can of crushed tomatoes (or 1/2 can of a 28oz)
1 medium yellow onion
1 bell pepper (1/2 green, 1/2 red)
4 tbsp Chili seasoning (If you don't have this, use 2 tbsp chili powder, 1/2 tsp dried oregano, 1 tbsp garlic powder and 2 tbsp cumin)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1-2 tbsp powdered sweetener (you can also use granulated)

How to make a Low Fat High Protein Chili Recipe. Easy prep friendly recipe that can be modified many ways to accommodate your macros and your liking!
Low Fat High Protein Chili Recipe
Ingredients:
98% Lean Ground Beef (macros listed in recipe are based off of this lean %, you can substitute for Ground turkey breast or Ground chicken Breast) or easily increase fats by using 96% or 93% meats.
1 can of Beans -15oz undrained
2 cans of Tomato Sauce no salt added 8oz
1 Chili Powder Mix Reduced Sodium - McCormick or Mrs Dash has a no sodium mix
Seasonings of your liking for meat (garlic powder & Tony Chachere No Salt seasoning used in this recipe)
Heat your skillet to medium/high and coat with cooking spray
Add your ground meat and season to liking - cook approximately 8 mins stirring occasionally
Once your meat is browned you will then add the rest of the ingredients
Add beans, tomato sauce, and chili powder mix - stir together and reduce heat to LOW
Cover skillet with a lid and simmer on low heat for 10 mins
While it cooks this is the perfect time you can prepare your sides, vegetables, potatoes, toppings etc

EASY HIGH PROTEIN CHILI

I must say chili is hands down one of my absolute favorite comfort foods! It's packed with protein, versatile and so easy to make.. you just can't beat it damn it!
FULL RECIPE ⬇️
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 lbs ground beef of choice (I used grass fed 90/10)
- 1 diced onion
- 2 diced bell peppers
- 14.5 oz can of diced tomatoes
- 15 oz can of kidney beans
- 15 oz can of pinto beans
- 2 cups @kettleandfire Beef Bone Broth (link + discount code CALWILLCOOKIT in bio)
Seasonings (adjust to your liking)
- 2 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp Cheyenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Corn Starch Slurry: 4-6 tbsp of corn starch mixed with a little water (helps thicken chili) Add more if you want it thicker, add less if you want it thinner. (Does not hinder the taste)
Toppings (optional)
- Shredded cheese
- Sour cream
- Green onions
- Tortilla chips/crackers
DIRECTIONS
1. Get a large pot going on medium heat. Add in ground beef. Break it up and let it brown for a few minutes then add in the diced veggies. Mix and let veggies sauté for a few minutes.
2. Next add in the tomatoes, beans, bone broth and seasonings. Mix till we'll combined.
3. Bring to a boil then cover and lower to a simmer for about an hour.
4. Add in corn starch slurry and mix. Add till your desired thickness.
5. Fill up your bowl, add ENJOY! ????????
