How To make Mozzarella Meat Loaf
2 pounds Lean ground beef
2 Eggs
slightly beaten
1 cup Saltine cracker crumbs
1 cup Milk
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup Onion :
chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons Salt
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 8 oz. can pizza sauce
3 slices Mozzarella cheese halved
Green pepper rings :
optional Sliced mushrooms optional 2 tablespoons Butter or margarine :

parmesan cheese, onion, salt and oregano. Shape into a loaf and place in a greased 9 x 5 x 3 loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 - 1/4 hours or until no pink remains; drain. Spoon pizza sauce over loaf and top with cheese slices. Return ot the oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted. Meanwhile, if desired, saute green pepper and mushrooms in butter; arrange on top of meat loaf.

This Italian Meatloaf is crispy on the outside and succulent in the middle, it’s like one big meatball! The meat is seasoned perfectly and the whole loaf is stuffed with ooey gooey mozzarella cheese and topped with a yummy spaghetti sauce. Best of all, it’s so easy to make!

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium yellow onion finely chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
4 eggs lightly beaten
2/3 cup Italian bread crumbs Progresso work well
2 teaspoons dried parsley
2 teaspoons dried basil
½ teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1/3 cup grated Parmesan or Romano cheese
3 tablespoons milk or tomato sauce
2 pounds ground chuck
1 package fresh mozzarella balls cherry size Ciliegine or mozzarella slices cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 32 ounce jar Spaghetti Sauce or homemade sauce, divided
1 pound spaghetti – cooked per package instructions

Mozzarella cheese meatloaf recipe
500g minced meat
150g Mozzarella cheese
half cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
salt, pepper, paprika & oregano
Scatter salt, pepper, paprika & oregano to the meat. Add breadcrumbs and the egg. Mix it together and form 2 pattys from the meat. Place the mozzarella cheese on on of it and lay the other patty on top. Form a nice meatloaf with the cheese inside. Place it on an oven plate and put it in the oven at 180 degrees celsius circulating air for about 40 minutes and enjoy.

This Italian Meatloaf Wrapped in Pancetta is a dish that is sure to please any Italian food lover. I like it with buttery roasted potatoes and green vegetables like green beans or asparagus. But you could also serve it with a salad.

Spinach and Mozzarella Meatloaf
Serves: 1 loaf about 8 slices
Calories: approximately 444/ slice
Time: 1 hour 20 minutes
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs ground beef
2 cups of finely chopped spinach
2 cups bread crumbs
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 onion, finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic, minced
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp salt
freshly ground pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Adjust oven rack to the middle and preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl mix together ground beef, spinach, bread crumbs, 1.5 cups of the mozzarella cheese, onion, garlic, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix well but do not over-mix as you run the chances of drying it out.
3. Transfer this mixture to a loaf pan and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella over the top of the loaf.
4. Make a tent over the pan with foil. Don’t let the foil touch the cheese on top of the loaf because it will just stick to the foil and peel off.
5. Bake for 1 hour
6.Remove the loaf from the oven and take off the foil. Place loaf back in the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
7.) Slice, plate, and enjoy!
