Holiday Pecan Pie, The Best You've Ever Tasted!
This pecan pie will be the best you've ever tasted. It's easy, quick and delicious. Not too sweet or bland. This is a brilliant combination of ingredients.
1 cup white corn syrup-do not substitute
1 cup DARK brown sugar that's firmly packed-do NOT substitute
1/2 tsp. salt
2-3 tblsp. flour, Use all purpose flour. I know I said in the video you can use either all purpose or self rising but the pie comes out better with all purpose. If you use an electric mixer and tend to over mix, use 3 tbsp. Using 2 is fine if you're hand mixing. You will not taste the flour
1/3 cup melted butter (do not substitute)
1 tsp. vanilla extract- use the good stuff!
3 eggs--well beaten -always use large or extra large eggs when baking
1 to 2 cups pecans
PREHEAT YOUR OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
Combine 1st 6 ingredients, mixing well. Add the beaten eggs and pecans. Or you can put the pecans in the bottom of your 9 pie shell and pour the filling on top of them. The pecans will float to the top during baking. Pour into 9 pie plate and bake 45 to 70 minutes @ 350...the time will depend on your oven. For the 16 individual servings in tart shells, fill each shell 3/4 full, add pecans to top and bake @350 approx. 35 to 40 minutes. Let it cool before serving. Enjoy!

Pecan Tassies (Mini Pecan Pie) | HOW TO
In this video we show you how to make Pecan Tassies which taste and look like mini Pecan Pies! These make a great snack at any time of the day, and are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth :) Let us know what you think in the comments and look below for the full recipe!
Pecan Tassies (Mini Pecan Pies)
(we made a half batch so double the ingredient portions if you want more)
Half batch yields ~20
Bake oven at 350
Let butter and cream cheese soften on counter before starting!
Crust
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup butter (4 Tablespoons)
2oz cream cheese
Use electric mixer to blend
In separate bowl:
Filling
1 egg beaten
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 T butter
3/4 tsp vanilla extract
dash of salt
Use electric mixer to blend.
Use mini muffin pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Using ~ 1in diameter balls of crust, press into the pan and spread evenly.
Fill each crust, making sure not to overfill (refer to video for demonstration).
Bake at 350F for 25min!

Pecan Tassies | Easy Pecan Pie Tassies Recipe 2022 with Kim Sasser Hill
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour
Filling
2 tbsp. butter , melted
1/4 cup packed brown sugar1 egg1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup pecan halves, finely chopped
Directions :
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. For the tart shells, beat the butter and cream cheese in a Classic Batter Bowl until well blended. Add the flour; mix until a soft dough forms.
2. Using the Small Scoop, shape the dough into 1 balls. Place the dough balls into the ungreased cups of the Mini Muff in Pan. Dip the Mini Tart Shaper in the flour and press into the dough with even pressure until the dough rises slightly above the rim of the pan.
3. For the filling, place the butter in a Small Batter Bowl; microwave on HIGH f or 30 seconds or until melted. Stir in the brown sugar, egg, and vanilla. Finely chop the pecans using the Food Chopper; add them to the batter bowl contents and mix well.
4. Using the scoop, fill each tart shell with a level scoop of the filling (do not overfill). Bake f or 20-25 minutes or until the cookies are light golden brown. Remove the pan from the oven, and let the cookies cool in the pan for 3 minutes. Remove the cookies from the pan to a Stackable Cooling Rack and let them cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar,if desired.
Yield: 24 servings of 1tart
