Ingredients:
all purpose flour 1/2 cup
sugar 4 tbsp
cooking oil 1/4 cup
1 egg
cocoa powder 2 tbsp
baking powder 1 tsp
milk 1/4 cup
for mousse filling part:
semisweet (Dark) chocolate 150g + whipping cream (hot) 60ml
whipping cream (cold) 200ml + powdered sugar 2 tbsp
on top : (not mention on video)
200g dark chocolate + 120ml milk - melt in microwave for 30sec to 1 min, mix it well, let it cool down and pour on top (!!! make sure it is cold enough !!!)

???? MOCHA CAKE RECIPE????
Here's the recipe. Try to bake this cake.
For the cake
1 tsp (5 grams) hot water
1 tsp (4 grams) cocoa powder
2 tbsp (20 grams) coffee granules
1 tsp (5 grams) vanilla extract
1 cup (125 grams) all purpose flour
1 tsp (4 grams) baking powder
1 tsp (4 grams) salt
6 egg yolks
1 cup (200 grams) sugar
1/2 cup (109 grams) vegetable oil
For the Meringue
6 egg whites
1 tsp (4 grams) cream of tartar
For the Mocha Buttercream Frosting
1 cup (250 grams) butter
1 cup (125 grams) powdered sugar
1 - 2 tbsp (10 to 20 grams) coffee
1/2 cup (125 grams) whipping cream
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Instructions
For the Cake
1. In a small bowl, mix the hot water, coffee granules, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Set aside.
2. In another bowl, sift all purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
3. Beat 6 egg yolks in medium speed. Add the sugar slowly. Continue beating until it will become creamy and light yellow in color.
4. Add the vegetable oil to the egg-sugar mixture. Beat until well combined.
5. Add the coffee mixture into the egg-sugar mixture.
6. Add the flour mixture into two portions (at least 1/2 cup) to ensure that the batter is mixed properly. You will notice that the batter will become a bit sticky.
7. In another bowl, beat egg whites and cream of tartar until hard peaks form or almost like an icing.
8. Fold the meringue into the mocha batter by 3 to 4 batches at a time.
9. Pour the batter between two cake pans evenly. The cake pans should be greased and line the bottom and sides with parchment paper.
10. Bake the cake for 35 to 40 minutes at 180C temperature.
11. When the top becomes golden brown and the toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the center, then the cake is done.
12. Cool the cake on the rack.
For the frosting
1. Cream the 1 cup butter in a mixing bowl, add 1 cup of powdered sugar slowly.
2. Add the coffee.
3. Add the whipping cream.
4. Beat until becomes smooth.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup softened butter, unsalted
3 1/2 cup sugar
5 eggs
4 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 1/2 tbsp instant coffee
3 cups hot water
Bake at 180C for 1 hour or until skewer inserted at the center comes out clean
Simple Syrup:
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
Chocolate Ganache:
500g dark chocolate
250mL all purpose cream

1/2 cup powdered sugar (60 gm)
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp vinegar
instant coffee mixture (1/2 tsp instant coffee powder + 2 tsp water)

2 tbsp powder sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp chocolate syrup
1/2 tsp instant coffee powder

Moist chocolate cake recipe:
Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour(120gm)
1 cup granulated sugar(200gm)
1 tsp baking powder(4.8gm)
1/2 tsp baking soda(2gm)
1/3 cup cocoa powder (35gm)
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs 【(or, 120gm curd)】
2/3 cup hot water(158ml)
1/4 cup vegetable oil(60ml)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease and flour a 8-inch square or round cake pan.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
Add the eggs, hot water, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Beat the mixture on medium speed for about 2 minutes until the batter is smooth and well combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan and spread it evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer it .

Ingredients:
1 cup chocolate chips(180g)
1/2 cup milk(122gm)
1/4 cup dark cocoa powder(30gm)
1/4 cup butter(57g)
1/2cup granulated sugar(100g)
2 tablespoons corn starch(15gm)(or plain flour)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
In a medium-sized saucepan, combine the chocolate chips, milk, dark cocoa powder, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and corn starch.
Place the saucepan over low heat and stir continuously until the ingredients are melted and well combined. Make sure to stir constantly to prevent burning and ensure smooth consistency.
Continue cooking the mixture on low heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring continuously. The mixture should thicken and become glossy.
Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
Stir in the vanilla extract and mix well.
Transfer the frosting to a bowl and let it cool completely. You can speed up the cooling process by placing the bowl in the refrigerator for about 2-3 hours.
Once the frosting has cooled and thickened further, it's ready to use. You can spread it over cakes, cupcakes, or any other desserts of your choice.
