How To make Chocolate Mocha Ring
1 c All-purpose flour
1 c Sugar
1/4 c Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
2 tb Instant espresso
3/4 c Milk
1/4 c Butter
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 Egg
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add espresso, milk, butter and vanilla. Beat with an electric mixer on low-speed until combined. Add egg and beat 2 minutes more. In a greased 2 quart ring mold lined with waxed paper, pour mixture. Microwave on medium high for a few minutes, then on high until done. Check doneness with toothpick. To serve, invert onto a plate. Remove the waxed paper. Approximately 16 minutes. FOOD IN A FLASH SHOW#FF2088 -----

INGREDIENTS
DRY INGREDIENTS
1) 200 gms or 1 cup of maida
2) 1& 1/2 tbsp of cocoa powder
3) 1 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp baking soda
WET INGREDIENTS
1) 50 ml or 1/4 cup of oil
2) 1/4 cup or 50 gms of butter
3) 120 ml milk
4) 80 ml hot water
5) 1& 1/2 tsp of coffee powder
6) 180 -200 gms of condensed milk
7) 1/4 cup or 50 gms of sugar
METHOD
1) mix all the dry ingredients
2) beat condensed milk, butter and oil
3) add sugar and beat till soft and fluffy
4) start adding dry ingredients in batches
5) add the coffee mixture then add milk
6) mix everything and make a smooth batter
7) pour the batter in a greased tin
1) Pre heat the cooker at high flame for 5 to 7 mins
2) Remove the whistle but not the ring -( I do not remove but you can remove both)
3) spread 2 cups or 400 gms of salt at the base of cooker
4) Now put the baking tin and close the lid and bake for 40 to 50 mins or till it's perfectly baked
For mocha whipped cream
1) 1/2 cup or 100 ml of cream
2) 1 tsp of coffee powder
3) 2 tbsp of sugar
4) 3 tsp cocoa powder
1) Beat the ingredients till you get stiff peaks
2) slice the cooled down cake
3) moisturize the cake with sugar water
4) whipped the whole cake properly
5) pour some chocolate sauce and give design with a knife

Chocolate Mocha Dulce de Leche Cake
Hi everyone,
This cake is based on a recipe from Pies & Tacos.
Ingredients
Cake
1 1/2 cups of APF
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup or 1 stick salted butter (room temp)
1 cup sugar
2 large eggs (room temp)
2 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup of buttermilk (room temp)
1 heaping tsp instant coffee
2/3 cup hot water
Duclce de Leche
1 can of condensed milk
Dulce de Leche Mocha Swiss Meringue Buttercream
1/3 cup cooled melted chocolate
20 TBSP butter (room temp)
4 large egg whites
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup of Dulce de Leche
1 TBSP instant coffee
Ganache
2/3 cup cooled melted chocolate
1/3 cup vegan heavy whipping cream (You can use regular HWC)
Bake at 350 for 20-25 mins.

Wet ingredients:
8 egg yolks [160 g]
1/2 cup canola or vegetable oil [120 mL]
3/4 cup hot coffee [175 mL]

Meringue:
8 egg whites [240 g]
1 tsp cream of tartar [3.4 g]
3/4 cup sugar [150 g]
Mocha Swiss Meringue Buttercream:
5 egg whites (at room temperature) [150 g]

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips [88 g]
