Spicy Teriyaki Chicken Wraps Recipe - Mission Foods
How To Make Spicy Teriyaki Chicken Wraps With Mission® Wraps
Makes 4 wraps
INGREDIENTS:
4 Mission® Wraps, warmed:
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 Tbsp. olive oil
8 chicken tenders
¼ cup purchased teriyaki sauce
1 tsp. sriracha
24 thin slices red bell pepper (from 1 pepper)
1 cup cilantro leaves
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup chopped bok choy leaves
DIRECTIONS:
Heat oil in large skillet. Add chicken tenders; cook until no longer pink and meat thermometer reaches 165°F. Reduce heat to low, add teriyaki sauce and sriracha. Cook an additional 2 minutes until sauce coats chicken, turning chicken once. To assemble wrap: In center of warm wrap spoon 1/4 cup brown rice. Top with 2 chicken tenders (spooning small amount of sauce over tenders), 6 slices red bell pepper, 1/4 cup cilantro leaves, 1/4 cup bean sprouts and 1/4 cup bok choy leaves. Fold two ends toward center and roll; cut in half. Repeat with remaining wraps and ingredients.

INGREDIENTS
• Mission Thin & Crispy Tortilla Chips (3 cups coarsely crushed)
• 2 tsp. Vegetable oil
• 1/2 cup Onion, chopped
• 2 Chipotle chiles in adobo sauce, chopped
• 2 Garlic cloves, minced
• 1 cup Carrots, sliced
• 1 cup Celery, sliced
• 1 can Black beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz.)
• 1 can Diced tomatoes (14.5 oz.)
• 6 cups Chicken broth
• 1/2 cup Fresh lime juice (2 limes)
• 2 cups Shredded rotisserie chicken
• 1/2 cup Cilantro leaves, coarsely chopped

INGREDIENTS
1 bag Mission Strips Tortilla Chips:
1 chicken breast, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1 Tsp chili powder
½ Tsp cumin
½ Tsp onion powder
½ Tsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Lime juice
½ cup diced green pepper
¼ cup diced onion
¾ lb Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
¼ lb Fontina cheese, shredded
1¼ cup half-and-half
1 Tsp chili powder
¼ Tsp salt
¼ Tsp black pepper
Chopped cilantro
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped jalapenos
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
To cook the chicken: In a large resealable plastic bag, combine all dry ingredients for chicken, add the oil, mix and add the sliced chicken breast. Seal and refrigerate for 15 minutes to an hour (begin queso while chicken is marinating). Remove chicken from refrigerator. Heat 1 tbsp. olive oil in a large non-stick skillet. Empty contents of bag into the hot skillet and squeeze lime juice to taste. Cook until chicken is cooked all the way through (about 6 minutes). Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
Step 2
To cook the queso: Heat the half-and-half over medium-high heat in a medium saucepan until simmering (do not boil, milk will foam around edges when ready). Once milk is ready, reduce heat to low and begin adding the cheese in batches while constantly stirring. Once cheese is melted, stir in all remaining ingredients other than garnishes. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Chop chicken into 1 inch cubes and add to queso. Stir to combine. Pour queso into large serving bowl and enjoy.

8 MissionⓇ White Corn Tortillas, warmed:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon chili powder
½ cup vegetable or chicken broth
½ cup canned tomato sauce
½ cup crumbled or shredded queso fresco (4 ounces)
Chopped green onion
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425℉. Lightly oil a baking sheet.
2. Place chicken on baking sheet and rub with 1 tablespoon oil. Bake until cooked through and interior reaches 165℉, 15-20 minutes.
3. While chicken cooks, in a medium saucepan heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil over medium. Whisk in flour and chili powder and cook 1 minute. Whisk in broth and tomato sauce, bring to a gentle simmer, and cook, whisking occasionally, until slightly thickened, about 15 minutes.
4. To serve, use 2 forks to shred chicken and toss chicken in a medium bowl with sauce. Serve with tortillas, and top with queso and green onion.

4 Mission Super Soft Burrito Tortillas:
2 cups chopped or shredded cooked chicken (optional)
½ cup canned mild or hot green chile sauce
1 teaspoon cumin
1 can (15 ounces) pinto beans, drained
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (8 ounces)
4 tablespoons vegetable oil, divided
Directions:
1. In a medium bowl combine chicken, chile sauce, and cumin.
2. Lay tortillas on a work surface, and divide beans, chicken, and cheese between tortillas, placing all ingredients on ½ of each tortilla. Fold bare ½ of each tortilla over to cover fillings.
3. In a large nonstick skillet heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium. Place 1 quesadilla in skillet and cook, flipping once, until golden brown on both sides, 2-3 minutes per side. Repeat with remaining oil and quesadillas. Cut quesadillas into wedges and serve warm.
