How To make Minestrone(Womans Day)
3 1/2 c Chicken broth
2 c Water
1 c Chopped onion
1 c Sliced carrots
1 t Minced garlic
1 cn (16oz) crushed tomatoes
1 Medium-size zucchini (6oz),
Quartered lengthwise, then Sliced 1/4-inch thick 9 oz Frozen cut Italian Green
Beans 1/4 ts Pepper
1 1/2 c Small pasta shells
1 cn (16oz) red kidney beans,
Rinsed and drained
Bring broth, water, onion, carrots and garlic to a boil in a 3 to 4-quart pot. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 3 minutes or until carrots are crisp- tender. Add crushed tomatoes, zucchini, green beans and pepper. Return to a boil, add pasta, cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is

( soup stock pack, or dashi-powder is ok )
* Japanese ( Chinese ) radish
* Green onion
* Miso
3. Chikuwa ( fish cake tube ) & Cucumber Salada
* Chikuwa
* Cucumber
* Rice vinegar
* Soy-sauce
* Mayonnaise
* Salt & Pepper
* Sesame
4. Tamagoyaki ( Fried eggs )
* Eggs. 3
* Sugar. 1tsp
* Salt. 1pinch
5. Kaiware & Natto
* Kaiware ( radish sprouts )
* Natto
* Soy sauce
6. Hiyayakko (Tofu with toppings )
* Tobu ( better to use the soft one )
* Wasabi ( if you like )
* Katsuobushi ( Bonito Flakes )

Minestrone with leftover #easyrecipe
◼️Ingredients used this time
Zucchini half
half an onion
Komatsuna 1 bunch
Nagai sweet potato 1 palm size
paprika half
1 can of tomato
Garlic tube about 1 cm
2 pinches of salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
Bouillon cube 1
One piece of chicken
◼️
① Put oil and garlic in a pot and heat until fragrant, then fry the chicken.
② When the chicken is cooked to some extent, add all the diced vegetables.
③When the vegetables are moist and shiny, add one can of tomato and the same amount of water.
④ Put salt and Bouillon in it and Its done!!

Recipe ~
Ingredients -
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 3/4 cup onion diced
• 1/2 cup celery sliced
• 1/2 cup carrots peeled, quartered and sliced
• 1 zucchini quartered and sliced
• 2 teaspoons minced garlic
• salt and pepper to taste
• 114 ounce can diced tomatoes
• 4 cups vegetable broth
• 1/4 cup tomato paste
• 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
• 115 ounce can small white beans drained and rinsed
• 115 ounce can kidney beans drained and rinsed
• 1/2 cup frozen cut green beans
• 1/2 cup small shell pasta
• 2 cups baby spinach leaves
• 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions ~
• Heat the olive oil in instant pot by pushing “sauté” feature. Add the onion, celery, carrots and zucchini to the pot.
•Cook until the vegetables are tender, 3-5 minutes. Add the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper to taste.
•Add the tomatoes, vegetable broth, tomato paste and Italian seasoning to the pot. Lock and seal lid and push pressure cook on high for 6 minutes.
When it is done pressure cooking. Release pressure and open lid.
•Add the white beans, kidney beans, green beans and pasta to the pot. Simmer for 10-15 minutes using the “saute” feature again or until pasta and vegetables are
tender.
•Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste. Stir in the spinach leaves and cook for 2-3 minutes or until wilted.
Sprinkle the parsley over the soup and serve.
