How To make Minature Reubens
8 oz Loaf party rye-bread slices
1/4 c Mayonnaise
1 tb Chil sauce
1/2 ts Prepared horseradish
1/2 sm Green pepper, minced
1/4 lb Thinly sliced corned beef
8 oz Sauerkraut, drained
8 oz Slice swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 350oF. Arrange bread slices on large cookie sheet. Bake 5 minutes or until lightly browned on one siode. Remove cookie sheet oven. Meanwhile, in small bowl, stir mayonnaise, chil sauce, horseradish, and green pepper until blended. (Could substitute 1,000 Island dressing). With knife, spread some mayonnaise mixture on toasted side of each bread slice. Top each slice with some corned beef, sauerkraut, then cheese, cutting corned beef and cheese slices to fit. Bake about 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve immediately. Makes about 3 dozen canap

A short stack of subtly spicy Corned Beef topped with Swiss, kraut and Thousand Island. All the big tastes of a classic Reuben sandwich in an appetizer.
INGREDIENTS:
12 ounces thinly sliced deli Corned Beef Brisket
1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing, divided
8 slices rye, swirl rye or pumpernickel bread
4 slices Swiss cheese (about 3/4 ounce each)
1 cup drained sauerkraut
COOKING:
Preheat oven to 425°F. Spread 2 teaspoons dressing on each bread slice; cut slices into quarters. Place bread pieces in a single layer on 2 baking sheets. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until bread is lightly toasted, rotating baking sheets half way through baking.
Meanwhile, cut cheese slices into quarters; cut each quarter diagonally in half to form 32 triangles. Top bread pieces evenly with Corned Beef, cheese slices and sauerkraut.
Heat appetizers in 425°F oven 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top evenly with remaining dressing.

9 potato dinner rolls
1/4 cup thousand island dressing
3/4 pound corn beef round, deli sliced
1/2 cup sauerkraut
1/2 pound swiss cheese, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Place the bottoms of the dinner rolls in a Copper Chef. Spread the dressing evenly over the rolls. Place two slices of folded corn beef on each roll. Top with a heaping teaspoon of sauerkraut. Layer the cheese over the sauerkraut. Bake for 12 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the butter, garlic, and parsley. Place the lids on the sandwiches. Brush the lids with the butter and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Serve warm.

Yield: 4 sandwiches
Ingredients:
8 cocktail rye bread slices
½ pound corned beef
4 slices Swiss cheese
¼ cup thousand island dressing
1 tablespoon sauerkraut
Directions:
1. In small bowl, combine sauerkraut and thousand island dressing.
2. Lay out 4 rye bread slices and top with corned beef.
3. Top corned beef with sauerkraut mixture.
4. Add slice of cheese and top with remaining bread slices.
5. Place sandwiches in NuWave Brio Basket and air fry at 375°F for 4 minutes.
