Today I’m going to be sharing with you how to make spicy chicken tacos with a delicious avocado sauce! It’s seriously the best! It’s spicy but not soooo spicy if you don’t want to make it spicy at all use tomato sauce ☺️ my kids are able to enjoy it with no problem but the spicy ness will all depend on your jalapeño peppers

Ingredients: makes 20-24 tacos
2 lbs chicken breast
Your choice of cheese
2 cans (7 3/4 oz) el pato hot tomato sauce
1/2 red onion cut into strips
2-4 jalapeño peppers cut into strips
Chopped cilantro
1/2 cup crema mexicana
3 avocados
1 lime
Corn tortillas
3 minced garlic cloves
1/4 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp New Mexico chile powder
Salt
Black pepper

Welcome back to my kitchen first of all I want to thank you for being part of our family, and allowing me to be part of yours!!!! today I’m going to share with you how to make a super easy caldo de pollo con arroz ( chicken and rice soup) this is a family’s favorite perfect for the cold weather or when you are sick, Today I share a different technique of cooking it compare to my old video, I have learned a lot within the last two years, the flavor is the same but I find it that by frying the chicken first it makes it more tasty and our broth is more flavorful and frying the rice first helps it not to overcook and end up with a thick consistency, overall this way is sooo much better( sorry mom I had to change a couple things, is still her same recipe tho) I just have more control on my broth ☺️ keep in mind like every recipe and every household there are tons of variations that make this delicious recipe, you can always adjust it to your taste, I really hope you enjoy it as much as me and my family do, and as always if you do please don’t forget to give me a big thumbs up, comment down below your thoughts and if you new to my channel please hit that subscribe buttons so you can be part of our family!!!!!!

3 Roma tomatoes
1 small onion
1 garlic clove
fresh cilantro
1 tsp ground cumin or 1/2 tsp whole cumin
1 tbsp tomato bullion
1 tbsp chicken bullion
10-12 cups water

Mimi's secret Chicken Pot Pie recipe
Chicken pot pie is an amazing, easy to prepare, and a great comfort food.
My family truly truly loves this meal specially on a cold chilly winter night, Ahhh its indeed very much comforting.
The crispy buttery flakey pie filled with warm creamy chicken mixed with yummy peas and carrots is extremely delicious.
These are the ingredients i have used to prepare this awesomness
2.5 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breasts
2-3 cups of chicken stocks
1 egg
2 pie crusts
1 medium white onion
2 cups of frozen peas and carrots
1/2 cup milk/heavy whipping cream
2 tsps black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp granulated garlic
4 tbsp all purpose flour
4 tbsp salted butter
Bake at 425 F for 30 mins

I always wanted to make my own version of Spanish food items because i find it a lot more similar to Indian Cooking. So here it is, my version of chicken casserole
It does not take a lot of effort neither time to prapre this meal for ur family
These are the ingredients i have used:
3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Oilve oil and butter to cook
1.5 tbsps of garlic powder
1 tbsp of onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
10 oz can of diced green chilli and tomatoes
1 cup of full fat sour cream
2 cups of Colby Jack shredded cheese
1 more cup of shreadded cheese at the end before baking.
