How To make Microwave Cheesecake
1 Crust
1 c Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 c Butter, Melted
1 Filling
2 Eggs, Well Beaten
8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
1/2 c Sugar
1/8 ts Salt
1 t Vanilla
1/8 ts Almond Flavor
1 1/2 c Sour Cream
1 Cinnamon, Garnish
CRUST: Mix crumbs and butter. Press on side and bottom of 9" pie plate. Cook on high for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes. FILLING: In mixing bowl, combine eggs with cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla and almond flavoring. Beat until smooth. Stir in sour cream. Micro-cook on low power for 10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Pour into baked crumb crust. Micro-cook cheesecake on low for 3 minutes. Rotate the dish 1/4 turn and continue to cook for 1-3 minutes or until the center is set. Chill for several hours in refrigerator before serving. Serve plain, sprinkled with cinnamon or top with fruit or prepared pie filling of choice. From: Syd's Cookbook.

3-Ingredient Microwave Cheesecake
Ingredients:
½ - 1 pack Lemon Creams (Depending on the size of your dish)
1 kg plain double cream yogurt
1 can Nestlé Condensed Milk, well shaken before opening
Serving suggestion:
1 cup mixed fresh berries: blue berries and strawberries
Mint leaves
Method:
For the Base:
1. Pop the lemon creams into a zip lock bag, crush using a rolling pin.
2. Grease a medium sized square microwave safe bowl, add the crushed lemon creams. Microwave for 30-45 seconds. Mix the crumbs together well then with the back of a spoon, press the crumb down onto the base of the dish firmly to create your crust.
For the Filling:
1. Mix the yogurt and Nestlé Condensed Milk together in a bowl. Microwave the filling for 2-3 minutes. Remove the bowl, mix rapidly and put back in the microwave for another 2-3 minutes. Pour the mixture over the lemon cream biscuit base and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight for best results.
Serving suggestion:
1. Once the cheesecake has set completely, slice into squares and serve with fresh berries and mint leaves to garnish.

Hello everyone! Welcome to my newest video! This is an amazing recipe that's super easy and fast to make. I tried it for the first time and fell in love. Because it contains pasteurized cream cheese, it is not something I would eat daily but more of a special treat every few months or so.
I hope this recipe inspires you to get creative in the kitchen! I used honey as a sweetener but feel free to use what you feel most comfortable with. If you use something more granular like monk fruit, your cheesecake may be more stiff and dry (in a good way). There is NO ADDED SUGAR here. I used honey so you can see towards the end of the video my cheesecake was very moist.
You can top it off with some blueberries or you can leave it plain and simple as I did. There are no rules, as long as you 're feeling good and healthy! Have a wonderful weekend friends.
