1 Crust
1 c Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 c Butter, Melted
1 Filling
2 Eggs, Well Beaten
8 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
1/2 c Sugar
1/8 ts Salt
1 t Vanilla
1/8 ts Almond Flavor
1 1/2 c Sour Cream
1 Cinnamon, Garnish
CRUST: Mix crumbs and butter. Press on side and bottom of 9" pie plate. Cook on high for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes. FILLING: In mixing bowl, combine eggs with cream cheese, sugar, salt, vanilla and almond flavoring. Beat until smooth. Stir in sour cream. Micro-cook on low power for 10 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes. Pour into baked crumb crust. Micro-cook cheesecake on low for 3 minutes. Rotate the dish 1/4 turn and continue to cook for 1-3 minutes or until the center is set. Chill for several hours in refrigerator before serving. Serve plain, sprinkled with cinnamon or top with fruit or prepared pie filling of choice. From: Syd's Cookbook.

This Eggless Cheesecake is simply amazing, so rich and creamy, it's made without eggs and it's ready in just 10 minutes!! It tastes like a regular classic New York Style Cheesecake even if it's without eggs. This decadent cheesecake is the most quick and easy to make, you will love it!
► I've used a 800 Watt Microwave. If you have a Microwave with higher/lower wattage, you have to reduce/increase the cooking time for few seconds or minutes. Remember to cook the cheesecake for about 2 minutes, then stop it, check it, and keep on cooking for another 2 minutes until bubble a bit. If you use a larger cake pan the cake will be thinner and will cook in less time!

Microwave Cheesecake Recipe | 5 Minute Cheesecake
Many people think that making a cheesecake is a complex task, sometimes it really is, but did you know that you can make a cheesecake in the microwave in less than 5 minutes? With this easy recipe you can make delicious cheese at home without using an oven and all you need is a few basic ingredients.

Ingredients:
For the crust:
50g Graham crackers
2 tablespoons (30g) Butter
For the cheesecake filling:
1 cup (225g) Cream cheese
4 tablespoons (50g) Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1 Egg
Directions:
1. Place 1 tablespoon of butter in each ramekin and melt in the microwave.
2. Crush the crackers into fine crumbs. Add half of the crumbs into each ramekin.
3. Mix until combined, then press the crumbs into the bottom of the ramekin. Set aside.
4. In a bowl beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla extract and egg. Beat until combined and smooth.
5. Divide the batter between two ramekins.
6. Place the ramekin (one at the time) in the center of the microwave. Cook in 45 seconds intervals at half power (600-700 WATTS) until the cheesecake is cooked trough but still a bit jiggly in the center. The whole process can take 2-4 minutes.
7. Let cool to room temperature, then chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
8. You can east straight from the ramekin or release from the ramekin and serve with jam.

How to Make Microwave Cheesecake for One
This delicious microwave cheesecake tastes exactly the same as a traditional baked cheesecake, and only takes about a minute to cook!
INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp crushed plain cookies
1 tbsp melted butter
4 tbsp cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp sour cream or yogurt
2 1/2 tbsp sugar
1 egg white
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 tsp all purpose flour
INSTRUCTIONS
1- Combine the crushed biscuits and butter, and with a spoon press onto bottom of a microwave-safe mug/ dish.
2- Stir the cream cheese, sourcream, eggwhite, sugar, vanilla, and flour with a fork until fully incorporated. Pour over crumbs.
3- Microwave for around 1 minute (15-20 second intervals). Make sure it doesn’t bubble over the sides.
4- Cool to room temperature before placing in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
5- Top with your cheesecake topping of choice, and enjoy!
