[Ingredients for Chicken marination]:
Boneless Chicken cubes (250g)
Salt (1 tbsp)
Paprika/Chili powder (1/2 tsp)
Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
Nutmeg powder (1/4 tsp)
Oil (1 tsp)
[Ingredients for Stroganoff]
Oil (2 tsp)
Butter (2 tbsp)
Minced Garlic ( 2 tbsp)
Finely chopped Onion (1 medium size)
Mushroom pieces ( 1.5 cup)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
Corn Flour (2 tsp)
Water/ Chicken stock ( 1/2 cup)
Vinegar (1 tsp)
Dijon Mustard (1 tsp)
Fresh cream/table cream (1 cup)

Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
1 large egg
3 tbsp plain all-purpose flour (replace with gluten free flour blend if needed)
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried paprika
1/4 tsp garlic salt
3 tbsp olive oil
1 brown onion peeled and sliced
2 cloves garlic peeled and minced
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp paprika
1 cup (160g) sun dried tomatoes I like the bright red one from the deli counter
1 red bell pepper de-seeded and sliced
1 tbsp tomato puree (paste)
1/3 cup (90ml) white wine
1 cup (240ml) chicken stock (use bouillon for gluten free)
pinch of salt and pepper
1/3 cup (90ml) double (heavy) cream
1/2 packed cup (50g) parmesan cheese grated
3 packed cups (90g) fresh baby spinach
1 tbsp chopped parsley

2 lbs (3 medium or 4 small) chicken breasts, halved
Salt and Pepper, to taste
8 oz (3 cups) shredded Mexican cheese, divided
1 cup sour cream
14 oz diced green chilis (two 7 oz cans) with their juice

No Mushroom Beef Stroganoff. This is a 30 minute, one pot recipe. Perfect for a quick dinner night.
No mushroom beef stroganoff, one pot, 30 minute recipe.
Ingredients:
• 1 pound ground chuck
• 1/2 onion, diced
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp paprika
• 3 tbsp flour
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• 4 cups water
• 1 packet beef bouillon
• 1 heaping tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 4 cups extra wide egg noodles
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
Instructions:
Cook on medium heat the ground beef, onions, and garlic powder together. Then add paprika and flour, mixing until the flour is no longer visible.
Add rice vinegar, water, beef bouillon, salt, pepper, and mix well. Now stir in your egg noodles then cover and cook for about 10 to 12 minutes on simmer.
Once your noodles cooked, add in sour cream and parsley stirring well then done.

Veggies in Peri Peri Sauce with Herbed Brown Rice Recipe | Chef Sanjyot Keer | Your Food Lab
Written recipe for Veggies in peri peri sauce with herbed brown rice
Prep time: 30 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Serves: 6
For peri peri mix
Ingredients:
• Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
• Garlic powder 1 tsp
• Black salt 1 tsp
• Powdered sugar 1 tsp
• Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
• Dried Oregano 1 tsp
• Ginger powder 1 tsp
Method:
• Mix all the spices, it can be stored in jar keeping it in a cool, dry and hygienic place.
For veggies in peri peri sauce
Ingredients:
• Oats 4 tbsp
• Oil 1 tbsp
• Garlic 1 tbsp (chopped)
• Milk 300 ml
• Salt to taste
• Peri peri mix 3 tbsp
• Veggies:
1. Carrots ½ cup (diced)
2. Sweet corn ½ cup
3. Broccoli florets ½ cup (blanched)
4. Red bell pepper ½ cup (small diced)
5. Mushroom ½ cup (sliced)
• Paneer 150 gm (cubes)
• Parsley 1 tbsp (chopped)
Methods:
• Grind the oats in a grinder to make a fine oats powder.
• Set a deep pan or wok on medium heat, add oil, oats powder and cook it for a minute, add garlic and sauté for a minute, add milk slowly and gradually and whisk well ensuring no lumps, cook for 3-4 minutes.
• Add salt to taste, peri peri mix, stir and cook for 2-3 minutes, add veggies, stir and cook for 5-7 minutes, add paneer, stir gently and cook for 2-3 minutes.
• Add freshly chopped parsley and serve hot with herbed brown rice.
For herbed brown rice.
Ingredients:
• Olive oil 1 tbsp
• Mixed herbs 1 tbsp
• Parsley 3 tbsp (chopped)
• Cooked brown rice 2 cups
Ingredients:
• Set a pan on high heat, add oil, mixed herbs and freshly chopped parsley, sauté for few seconds and add the cooked brown rice.
• Stir & cook for 2-3 minutes and serve hot with hot veggies in peri peri sauce.
