Sweet Chili BBQ Meatballs
#bbqmeatballs #babyshowerfood
Hi foodies! Here's something good for your next party or even dinner. The meatballs can be cooked in a pan, airfryer or in the oven. You may baste the meatballs while in the oven or even cook 'em in a slowcooker. Sometimes meatballs get smushed because they're on top of each other in the slowcooker so I'm good with simmering it on the stove or doing it in the oven. Enjoy!
Yield: 30 small meatballs
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 cup Buttermilk(see info below)
1 large egg
1 - 2 tbsps Green seasoning
1/2 cup Unflavored breadcrumbs(they don't have to be toasted breadcrumbs, simply put some day old bread in your food processor or use a fine grater)

Asian Pork Meatballs Recipes (Look Chin Moo) สูตรลูกชิ้นหมู - Hot Thai Kitchen!
A common street food found all over Thailand. Asian style meatballs or look chin are commonly added to noodle soups, or simply skewered, grilled and served with a spicy, sweet dipping sauce. They're not something most people make at home in Thailand, but for those who are keen on DIY food projects, it's actually quite easy to make.
Bonus Video: Once you're ready to make them, I have a bonus video where you can see the meatball squeezing technique over and over again until you get the hang of it. Watch it here:
