2 Jalapeno chiles - seeded and chopped 2 tb Minced onion 1/2 c Chicken stock 1/2 c Cream 1 ts Salt 1/2 ts Ground cumin 1 tb Butter This is creamy, hot and perfect to serve with noodles or grilled meats. PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS except butter in a saucepan over medium heat and cook until reduced by about 1/2. Pour into a blender and puree. Replace the sauce in the saucepan, place over low heat and whisk in the butter. Makes 1 1/2 Cups
