The meatballs come out juicy every time, they're perfect for parties!1 Meatball stuffed pull-apart bread
INGREDIENTS pizza dough meatballs egg yolk, beaten sesame seeds 200g tomato puree salt basil METHOD 1. Start by preparing the meatballs with ground beef and spices. Pan fry them. 2. Let them cool and place them on the pizza dough. 3. Make three ‘ropes’ and wrap them around ring mold. 4. Brush the surface with an egg yolk wash. 5. Sprinkle sesame seeds over it and bake at 180°C for 30 minutes. 6. Serve together with some homemade tomato sauce for dipping.
2 Meatballs skewers with puff pastry
INGREDIENTS 350g ground beef 1 egg salt pepper milk breadcrumbs parmesan puff pastry METHOD 1. Preheat your oven to 200C/400F. 2. Season ground beef with salt, pepper, egg, parmesan and add breadcrumbs. Roll minced meat into meatballs. 3. Make ropes from pieces of puff pastry. You can make them as thin or as thick as you like, keeping in mind that they will puff up in the oven. 4. Skewer pizza dough ropes and meatballs, wrapping the puff pastry around meat. 5. Bake for 35 minutes at 180° and serve hot with your favorite sauce.
3 Meatball bread bites
INGREDIENTS • 3 tbsp melted butter • 2 cloves garlic • 1 tbsp parsley • Mozzarella • 500g mince • ½ cup parmesan • 1 tbsp oregano • 1 tbsp salt and pepper • Marinara sauce METHOD
Place a block of several brioche breads on a baking sheet.
Cut a circle in each one to remove the filling (save for later).
Mix butter, chopped garlic, parsley and brush in each hole of the bread. Add mozzarella in each hole.
Crumble the bread stuffing and mix with minced meat, parmesan, oregano, salt and pepper.
Form small meatballs and fry.
Place a meatball in each of the holes of the brioche bread. Add marinara sauce and cheese on top of the meatballs.
Bake for 20 minutes at 177ºC (350ºF).
4 Crown of meatballs and eggplant
INGREDIENTS 400g ground pork 200g ground turkey salt pepper 1 egg 90g Parmesan cheese parsley 3 eggplants salt pepper olive oil
