How To make Meatball Bake
1/2 lb Ground beef
1/4 lb Pork sausage meat
1/2 ts Onion salt
1 ts Chili powder
2 tb Fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 c Milk
1 Egg
4 tb All-purpose flour
1 tb Oil
16 oz Can stewed tomatoes
10 oz Pk Fordhook lima beans; thaw
4 Carrots; peel, quarter
1 md Onion; dice
Salt and black pepper Lightly mix beef, sausage, onion, salt, chli powder, crumbs, milk and egg. Shape into 8 2" balls. Roll in 2 tb of the flour. In large skillet, brown on all sides in the oil (meat should remain rare). Transfer meatballs to a shallow 2-qt baking dish. Stir remaining flour into drippings in skillet. Add tomatoes. Bring to a boil. Cook about 10 minutes, stirring, until thickened. Distribute the lima beans, carrots and onion n dish with meatballs. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Pour tomatoes over top. Cover lid or foil. Bake at 350~ for 1-1/4 hours or until veggies are tender. For 8 Servings-Double the ingredients and use a 3-qt casserole.

How to make Swedish Meatballs | Homemade Ikea Meatballs
Juicy flavour-packed meatballs in that classic rich and creamy Swedish meatball sauce.
It makes such a great comforting dinner served with mashed potato and of course some lingonberry jam (although I've got some other suggestions if you can't find it).

Swedish Meatballs Ingredients:
Meatballs:
500 g (1lb)beef mince - ideally 20% fat
250 g (1/2 lb)pork mince
1 onion - finely chopped
1 clove of garlic - minced
4 tbsp panko breadcrumbs
1 medium egg
5 tbsp (75ml) full-fat milk
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp white pepper
¼ tsp allspice
2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
Sauce:
3 tbsp unsalted butter
3 tbsp plain - all-purpose flour
180 ml (3/4 cup) beef stock
120 ml (1/2 cup) vegetable stock
120 ml (1/2 cup) double (heavy) cream
2 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
¼ tsp salt
To Serve:
Finely chopped fresh parsley
Creamy mashed potato
Lingonberry jam - or redcurrant jelly
Green veg – such as broccoli or green beans

Ingredients for making a Cheesy Meatball Bake:
1.3 pounds of ground beef (90% lean)
1 teaspoon of kosher salt
Parmesan Cheese (finely grated)
1/2 Teaspoon of ground black pepper
1/3 Cup of gluten-free breadcrumbs
1 Clove of Garlic (minced)
1/3 Cup of Milk
1 Egg
650ml marinara sauce
2 1/2 cups of shredded Mozzarella Cheese
2 Tablespoons of Parsley (Chopped)
Instructions for making a Cheesy Meatball Bake:
- First, in a large bowl, put in your ground beef, followed by your kosher salt, ground black pepper, parmesan cheese, gluten-free breadcrumbs, minced garlic, milk and finally your egg and mix all together.
- Now form your meatballs and place them on a dish.
- Lather up a pan with some canola oil, and place your meatballs in the pan and put it in the oven, on broil, for 8 minutes.
- Then, remove any excess liquids from the pan and pour in your marinara sauce and your shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Now put the pan bake in the oven, on broil, for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and browned.
- Garnish with some fresh parsley and voila, cheesy meatball bake!
