Ingredients:
8 oz (227g) Penne Pasta
5 oz (142g) Tomatoes (Grape Tomatoes)
4 oz (113g) Feta Cheese
1 Bell Pepper
2 oz (57g) Olive
1 Cup Italian Salad Dressing
Salt, Black Pepper
Preparations:
1- Dice the bell pepper.
2- Slice the tomatoes and olives in half.

Dilled Shrimp Pasta Salad | Whole Foods Market
Here's a simple to make but deliciously unique pasta salad that combines fresh dill with shrimp in a flavorful dressing. Find more great shrimp recipes

Serves 6
Ingredients:
1/2 pound fusilli, rotelle (wagon wheel) or other medium pasta shape
1 pound large shrimp (26 to 30 count), peeled and deveined
1 1/4 cup frozen shelled edamame or frozen peas
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1 lemon, Zest of 2 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove finely chopped garlic
3/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
pinch cayenne pepper
3 cups baby spinach leaves
2/3 cup chopped fresh dill
Method:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook pasta until tender, about 13 minutes, adding shrimp and edamame in the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and cool under cold running water, then drain thoroughly.
In a large bowl, whisk together oil, mayonnaise, lemon zest and juice, garlic, salt and cayenne. Add pasta, shrimp, edamame, spinach and dill and toss to combine. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 1 day.

Per Serving: 360 calories (100 from fat), 11g total fat, 1.5g saturated fat, 95mg cholesterol, 790mg sodium, 41g carbohydrates, (5 g dietary fiber, 5g sugar), 27g protein.

Dressing
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup Parsley
1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar (red is a little too strong)
3 Garlic Cloves
Pinch Cayenne Pepper
Salt and Fresh Ground Pepper to Taste
Pasta:
1/2 Cup Penne Pasta
2 Cups Washed and Stemmed Spinach
2 Roasted Red Peppers, Diced
1/2 pound Smoked Mozzarella Cheese
Here is how I like to make it:
Dressing
1/4 Cup Lemon Garlic Matonnaise
1/4 Cup Plain Yogurt
1/4 Cup Fresh Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley
1/4 Cup White Wine Vinegar (red is a little too strong)
1 Clove Mild Garlic, Grated
Pinch Cayenne and Salt
Pasta
1/2 pound Penne Pasta
3 Bell Peppers, Yellow and Red, Grilled or Roasted, Diced
4 Cups Washed and Stemmed Spinach, Torn
1/2 Pound SMOKED Mozzarella Cheese, Diced
Pasta Salad with Fresh Vegetables From Local Market Along With Zesty Italian Dressing
I absolutely love fresh veggies in the summer and I put a lot of vegetables in this salad along with pasta and Zesty Italian Dressing. It was one of the best I have made this summer. It was eaten up fast. Give this a try and see if you and your family won't eat it up too.
