How To make Marinated Flank Steak Toh
2 pounds Beef flank steak
3 tablespoons Ketchup
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Onion
chop
1 teaspoon Brown sugar
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 Garlic clove :
mince
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Place flank steak in an 11x7x2" glass dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over meat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Remove meat, discarding marinade. Grill over hot coals until meat reaches desired doneness, about 4 minutes per side for medium, 5 minutes per side for medium-well. Slice into thin strips across the grain to serve. Diabetic Exchanges: One serving equals 3 lean meat, 172 calories, 115 mg. sodium, 43 mg. cholesterol, 2 gm. carbohydrates, 23 gm. protein, 7 gm. fat.

AIR FRYER BEEF JERKY 1 1/2 HOURS
A delicious air fryer recipe to make beef jerky.
This came out excellent.
I only marinated the meat for 2 hours. I suspect 24 hours would be a more intense flavor but I couldn't wait to try it.
The ingredients:
1 1/2 to 2 lbs beef flank steak or whatever cheap beef you have.
2/3 C reduced sodium soy sauce
2/3 C Worcestershire sauce
1/4 C honey ( I used light brown sugar)
3 tsp course ground black pepper
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 ts liquid smoke
3 dashes of Tabasco Scorpion Sauce
Cut meat into 1/8 strips.
Add to marinade and cover and put in refrigerator 2 to 24 hours.
Preheat air fryer to 350.
Arrange meat on rack/tray. Place in air fryer.
Reduce temperature to 175 and cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
I reversed my racks at the 30 minute mark, then the hour mark then half thought the last 30 minutes.
Remove from the air fryer and block with paper towels.
