cut in chunks 1 c sliced mushrooms 1/3 c dried parsley 1/3 c slivered almonds Cook rice according to box. Melt butter in saucepan and cook onions; add flour , salt and pepper. Slowly add half and half and chicken broth and cook over me dium heat until thickened. Combine chiken, rice and remaining ingredients in c asserole and pour sauce over, mixing gently. Bake at 400

6 bone in skin on chicken thighs salt and pepper to taste 2 tsp paprika 2 tsp dried basil 2 tsp dried thyme 2 tsp dried rosemary olive oil 2 Tbs butter 1 large onion, minced 5 huge cloves of garlic 2 Tbs flour 1 cup chicken broth 1/2 cup whole milk 1/2 cup heavy cream 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 2 little cubes of chicken bouillon 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped 1/4 cup of fresh parsley chopped
Bake at 400F for 45 minutes or until chicken has internal temperature of 175 F
