Grapefruit slices - cut in quarters Salt 3/4 c Grapefruit juice 6 oz Tequila 2 oz Triple sec 2 c Cracked ice Moisten rims of cocktail glasses with cut grapefruit. Swirl in mound of salt to coat edges. Combine grapefruit juice, tequila, triple sec and cracked ice in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into prepared glasses. Place a grapefruit quarter on each rim.

Tired of the same old boring marg? Give this margarita with a twist a try! You'll taste a similar citrus essence to a traditional margarita, but Uncle Matt's Organic Grapefruit Juice elevates this beverage with a delicious blend of tart and sweet.

INGREDIENTS 11⁄2 parts Jose Cuervo Tradicional® Reposado 1 part fresh lime juice 1 tsp agave syrup 1 thinly sliced jalapeño round 2 parts grapefruit juice 3 pinches kosher salt 1 pinch chili powder Lime wedges Small grapefruit wedges for garnish, optional
PREPARATION In shaker, add ice, Jose Cuervo Tradicional® Reposado, grapefruit juice, agave syrup, fresh lime juice and jalapeno rounds. Shake well. On small plate, mix salt and chili powder. Run lime wedge around the rim of glass then dip the glass into salt and pepper mixture. Add ice to glass and pour in contents of the strainer. Enjoy!

For the margarita: 1 1/2 ounces Patrón Silver Tequila 3/4 ounce spiced lemongrass syrup (see below) 3/4 ounce freshly squeezed grapefruit juice 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice 1 pinch kosher salt
For the rim: 1 tablespoon Maldon salt 1 tablespoon crushed white peppercorns Zest of 1/2 grapefruit
For the spiced lemongrass syrup 500 grams sugar 500 grams water 250 grams fresh lemongrass, trimmed and finely chopped 1 vanilla pod, sliced down the center and seeds scraped out 1 teaspoon yuzu kosho 100 grams fresh ginger juice
